Buying a Nook Sauna was one of the best decision I've ever made!
Absolutely loving the fact that I have my own clean & exclusive sauna experience, in the comfort of my house instead of driving to the gym!
Right from ordering it to getting it delivered was a smooth experience.
I did not expect the installation
to be completed in less than an hour.

After 30 years in the wellness industry, I don’t say this lightly, Nook Saunas is exceptional.

The product itself is beautiful, high quality and thoughtfully designed, but what truly sets Nook apart is their faultless, genuinely caring customer service, which feels incredibly rare these days. Every interaction with the team was seamless. From delivery and installation, to a guided lesson with practical tips for use, right through to all packaging and rubbish being removed.

Nothing felt rushed, nothing overlooked, and everything was handled with professionalism and care. You can feel that this is a company that truly stands behind what they create.

From purchasing through to installation the team at Nook were always keeping us updated on when we should expect our delivery and the installation was quick and seamless. We have had many saunas already and are excited to have many years of saunas ahead of us thanks to Nook! Shout out to Carolin who has been incredible to deal with, even checking in a week later to make sure we were happy with our sauna and answering our last minute questions. Would definitely recommend Nook for those looking for a quality sauna and great customer service.

We first experienced an infrared sauna at an Airbnb in Europe two years ago, and it left a lasting impression. Since then, my husband has spent a lot of time researching saunas, and we eventually chose the Nook Core (2 person). Our sauna arrived on 2 January, and I’ve been using it almost daily ever since. Listening to audiobooks via Bluetooth has become my favourite way to unwind, relax, and detox at the end of the day.

So far so amazing! From purchase with Black Friday super sale plus an influencer discount code right through to install I couldn’t ask for more. The team at NOOK have delivered and I’m truly impressed.

We ordered our sauna on pre-order and the team were excellent, keeping us in the loop with expected delivery and install updates. They were flexible in their scheduling and the delivery/install team were timely, friendly and efficient. The install team tested the sauna to demonstrate and noticed that one of the lights wasn't working and quickly rectified the issue on the spot. Top notch customer service all around!

Service was totally the best I’ve ever had. Delivered before due date in the hills of Perth. They set up my machine gave me all the information I questioned plus sent me sites to look at. Sat on the fence for a while and now wish I acted sooner. They kept in contact with me from the day of purchase to after my usages. Absolutely loved my experience with nook sauna personal and sauna. Recommend to everyone.

My Nook Sauna 2 person Elite was delivered 2 weeks ago with no dramas and set up beautifully, the team were professional and most informative. I am using my Nook Sauna very often and its just fantastic. I Bluetooth my phone in there and just relax & listen to music while relaxing & getting all the benefits that saunas provide. Everything was so easy! From the initial order to installation, Our experience was excellent.
We picked up our sauna from the warehouse ( we live on the far sth coast of NSW) and installed it ourselves. Installing it was surprisingly simple, everything just clicks together, We then plugged it in and it’s ready to use. Talk about user friendly! We would highly recommend using NOOK if you are considering a sauna. It’s plug and play!

We’d been talking about getting a sauna for a long time after reading so much about the medical benefits. I have some heart and autoimmune issues, and my husband has a history of sporting and concussion-related injuries after a career in the AFL. Having just bought a house, a sauna felt like a huge luxury, especially given how expensive they usually are.

Then I found Nook.

The reviews were outstanding, and the product specs were excellent, genuinely comparable to other brands costing far more. So we decided to take a punt..Best decision ever!!

From purchase through to delivery and installation, the experience was seamless. Communication was fantastic, everyone we dealt with was so lovely, and our installer was an absolute legend, patiently answering my little boys’ 500 questions while building our unit.

We’ve used the sauna every night since. We’re getting the deepest, best sleeps and I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in my joint pain. But most of all, as two full-time working parents with young kids, it’s become a really special 20–30 minutes each day to slow down, chat and spend time together.

My parents bought a sauna from another company just before we did - at four times the price.. my dad admitted he felt a bit silly because our Nook sauna is just as good / if not the same. My in-laws from country SA stayed with us over Christmas and loved it so much they’re now buying one too.

10/10. We absolutely love Nook. Definitely worth the small investment for our health and well-being.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Always answered any questions. The instillation was fast and the guys were great, they took all the rubbish and ran us through how to use the Sauna.
They told us we could call any time with any questions.
I have told all my family and friends about Nook.
I love my sauna.
