Very bad every time issue even if you paid extra to get same day delivery no it’s not sure. And support oh it’s different story I even don’t understand if it’s needed cause they realy never help you solve problem just talk: for example I paid for today delivery, order didn’t come, support (you will get info in 2 days ) it’s feel like they laughing at you !

This is by far one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in the UAE.
My food order was automatically cancelled by Noon’s system, not by me. I never received the food, yet my money was taken. Since the moment the order was cancelled, I have been chasing Noon Food for a refund.
I contacted customer support immediately. No response. No resolution.
Today I received multiple calls, including from someone claiming to be in a higher management position, and the situation is still the same: they refuse to refund my money for an order I never cancelled and never received.
Instead of fixing their system error, they keep repeating the same script and offering vouchers or partial compensation, as if I am supposed to pay for their technical failure. This is not customer service, it is negligence.
It is honestly embarrassing that a company of this size cannot:
1. Track who cancelled an order
2. Take responsibility for system errors
3. Refund a customer for food that was never delivered
This feels like a deliberate attempt to keep customers’ money and exhaust them until they give up.
I strongly advise anyone reading this to think twice before ordering from Noon Food. If something goes wrong, you are on your own.

Dissappointing, the delivery my item in wrong address , then i called him to inform to pick up the item, he pick up tje item same day , however until now , i still didnt give my refund im not sure why taking so long while one item already refunded , almost two weeks now, and another time they deliver the item with missing part i didnt say anything and didnt complain as they still didnt resolve my concern…amazon is much better

I am writing to formally report an issue with my recent pizza delivery from Noon staff.
The delivery person left the pizza unattended in the corridor and departed without informing me in any way—there was no phone call, message, or doorbell notification. As a result, the food was left exposed and mishandled, which is completely unacceptable and falls below basic delivery standards.
I have CCTV footage clearly showing the delivery person leaving the pizza in the corridor and exiting without notifying me.

Since 4 days I'm calling customer service to help me for otp to check out some products with noon credit. Seems noon don't want us to use their credit lagging it until it expires. What a bad service, fooling customers, doesn't care about the service to customer.
Move to other e-commerce companies. Not recommend noon.

I have parcel order from noon since Jan 03, upon checking the item in my account its showing already delivered Jan 04 2:08 but im not recieve any item i called there customer hotline they told me gonna raised complain and wait for 1 day to call me back its already Jan 06 but i still didnt get any result or call from there side im the one keep follow up they just keep telling me they will raised complain untill now no update its really dissapointing.

a few years ago I ordered a iPhone X for around 1900-2100 dirhams. brand new from noon the seller of course wasn't noon a third party seller. unfortunately It was counterfeit and because I paid in cash noon told me if i returned it they would return it to my credits where i can only use it on noon. so I didn't return it and decided to keep it. anyways be careful from noon experienced many terrible experiences with counterfeit stuff from them. Noon minutes and noon Food is great but the ecommerce noon site is not that great. I would personally stay away from it. I know noon has rules and fines for sellers against counterfeit stuff. but back then this rule didn't exist so I had to experience the terribleness.

I had a very disappointing experience ordering food through Noon.
My order was accepted by the restaurant and a delivery partner was assigned, after which it was cancelled at the last moment by Noon. The reason later given was that the delivery location was “too far”. If the location was not serviceable, the order should not have been accepted in the first place.
Despite this being a clear operational failure, the cancellation was incorrectly marked as a “customer issue”. Based on this incorrect classification, I was informed that no refund would be provided, even though payment was already made using a credit card.
To make matters worse, the customer care executive who contacted me was rude and unprofessional.
This experience reflects poor coordination, lack of accountability, and unfair treatment of customers. Denying a refund for an issue entirely outside the customer’s control is unacceptable. I strongly hope Noon reviews this practice and resolves such issues responsibly and atleast process my full refund.

I have done my order on 27 and was mentioned I’ll receive on 31 so unfortunately i did not and no one from noon called to update me why so I need to call them and raise a complaint and still no one has an update when I’ll receive it until now it’s 2 Jan , very week costumer service and unprofessional ppl for im not advising u to buy anything expensive from it .

I got the worst experience ordering food in this platform Noon. Customer support just cancelled an order without returning back the amount i have paid even in terms of credit note. They pretend like helping you resolve the issue but completely a lie letting you wait for nothing. After calling to inform that your order were cancelled you cannot call them back as maybe you got block or lines were hung.
I WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICE AT ALL.

Broken 75-inch Samsung Neo-QLED TV delivered, and no responsibility accepted. Noon delivered a broken 75-inch TV, which was kept in its intact box for just over 2 weeks, because I had to reinforce my wall before mounting it. Once the wall was ready, the TV was removed for the first time, only for us to discover that it was broken. The noon "support" team then placed us in an endless loop between their warranty department and complaints department with the age-old strategy of wasting so much time that the customer would give up. It is absolutely disgusting how they treat their customers. Avoid buying from them like the plague.

First of all, I already deactivated noon membership month ago. On 28th Dec 25 i have purchased from minutes and the order amount i have paid from credit card. Later i have received the message and amount of Aed 24.99 was deducted for noon one membership.
I have not given any consent and opt for noon one membership and i came to know when amount was deducated after i paid for my order.
Without any consent noon is just deducting the amount for their noon membership. After that i have emailed from noon care that noon one membership will be terminated immediately and refund will be credited in 3-5 days.
Today i have received email that you have to cancel subscription from your account.
Please note that i have not subscribed to the noon one. KINDLY TERMINATE and ISSUE MY REFUND!!!
