⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) – Not Recommended | Very Poor Experience with noon UAE

I am writing this review to warn other customers in the UAE based on my extremely disappointing experience with noon.com.

I ordered a high-value television (Order ID: NAEHC0031454063). The issues started right from delivery:
1. The order was marked “out for delivery”, but no delivery agent called or visited.
2. The order was automatically rescheduled without my consent, despite my phone and address being correct.
3. After delay, the TV was finally delivered — DAMAGED. The packaging clearly showed impact/fall damage, indicating very poor handling during transit.
4. I did not even open the product, as internal damage was highly possible.

Since then, dealing with noon customer support has been extremely frustrating:
• I raised a complaint and shared all required photos and documents immediately
• noon committed to resolve the issue within 3 days
• Despite multiple follow-ups, I received only generic copy-paste replies like “our team is working on it”
• No clear solution, no pickup confirmation, no refund timeline even after several days

This was especially disappointing as the TV was purchased for festival celebrations, which were completely spoiled due to noon’s poor service and handling.

What upset me the most:
• No ownership of the issue
• No accountability
• Continuous delays without explanation
• No respect for the customer’s time or money

This experience has completely broken my trust in noon. For high-value electronics, I strongly do NOT recommend using noon UAE. The risk of damaged products and delayed resolution is simply too high.

There are far better platforms with more reliable delivery and after-sales support.

Final verdict:
❌ Not recommended
❌ Poor delivery handling
❌ Very slow and ineffective customer support
❌ Avoid for expensive items

Very bad customer support

I made an order on noon food, after money was deducted, I got a call from the seller saying the item I ordered is not available, so I asked them to cancel. seller didn't cancel so I cancelled the order on Noon app. about half an hour now and refund didn't come. When I tried to contact noon customer service, I couldn't find a direct number, and help center is very badly structured.

Avoid Noon Food

Avoid. Ordered via Noon Food Dubai based on 20-30 min delivery. Actually took over 2 hours. No updates from Noon other than "delayed" (after it was already 15 mins late) and directions to call the restaurant direct. The number given (and that on Google) was an answering machine which only identified orders made directly with the restaurant, not via Noon, so they couldn't find my order. Raised complaint with Noon customer service and they promised it would be "resolved", and promised a phone call (they checked the number and I confirmed). They called on the wrong number and woke up my friend. There was no resolution in the call either.

Recently had a horrifying experience with the Noon app. Without my consent or knowledge, it automatically saved my debit card details after a purchase. Later, unauthorized deductions were made from my account with no OTP verification required – this is a massive security flaw and feels like straight-up fraud!
When I contacted customer care to report this and request a refund, they were completely irresponsible and unhelpful – scripted responses, endless delays, and no real resolution. Getting a refund seems impossible once money is debited; they just don’t care.

Ordered a carton drink from noon minutes and it came COVERED in SOAP? Wiped the soap off and poured a drink and it tasted like pure soap and I cant even complain about it because the picture won't show the taste and when I tried they said I was lying and that I put the soap myself

I’m long time noon customer I ordered food that’s cancelled after 1 hr that time is I can cook food at home.
Once I ordered food but that’s directed to noon locker location how that noon food directed to locker location? but I didn’t receive my cash. Also their answer not satisfied.
Many restaurants prices are different from their restaurants original menu. May be that’s their charges. For noon one subscription customer if ordered a 14 aed food you can see small order fee 2.90aed. Service fee 1.90aed delivery fee 3.50 aed altogether price will be22.30aed. 8.30aed extra charges .

When offers showing that should be quality and quantity not compromised. But I received order from some restaurant when we visit their shop that quality and quantity of food 100% that order actual portion is quantity less with noon food and if any offer today I ordered that restaurant mentioned 22 aed chicken biryani actual price is 15aed but when we bought that rice in small pack with a chicken pc. Another pack worst than that -restaurant -Ritaj. It’s actual price 9-12 aed but why they mention like offer. When we order for a visitors it will be big problem we can’t serve better for them. It’s overall my experience with noon. I mentioned few issues only here for understanding. Experience in noon UAE. And I contacted customer service each time for solution but not get solved

Do not buy here unless you are into being treated like an imbecile

Seeing the reviews now I understand and I also don’t comprehend how this company still exists. Ordered a few new dining chairs, paid quite a lot but with a discount, delivery was planned for November 25 with maximum delay December 4. December 4 my chairs were tagged as dispatched but no tracking number to be found, I ask customer service and it’s like a riddle from the sphynx, they finally say it’s delayed and they will keep me posted. I check again after two days: order cancelled because of failed delivery.
I ask customer support they say I cancelled the order, only after I remind them that I am not an imbecile nor I am 90 years old pressing random buttons on my phone, they admit there was an insurmuntable delivery issue. What was the issue? Who knows but they tell me to place the order again!!!!
So now I have waited two to three weeks for this and they refunded me but not clear when that refund is going to land. If they did this to a few thousand customers this company could very well live off the interest earned through the holding deposits of people who will never receive their orders for no apparent reason!!
OUTRAGEOUS and inexplicable why they still exist.

Very bad customer support and product…

Very bad customer support and product return policy for a brand new product. No support or empathy and the customer team does not pass on the communication to the next team as i kept on repeating the same thing to 5 different people over a 10 days span. Team ask to take a picture of the product to justify the overall quality of product which is impossible to capture in pic as its an experience and not a defect in the product. Team will refuse to give any support after selling such products

Claim Ignored Since 29.10 - unacceptable

Terrible customer-service experience with Noon Food.
My order (#7875 – 29.10.25 – 259.90 AED) was delivered upside down, completely ruined and impossible to eat.

I opened a claim immediately and submitted all evidence (photos, videos, timestamps).
Since that day, I have been sending one reminder per day, and yet I have received no refund, no update, and no acknowledgement from Noon. Nothing.

For a company of this size, the lack of responsibility and communication is shocking.
They are extremely fast when it comes to taking your payment, but when something goes wrong, their support becomes silent, unresponsive, and essentially nonexistent.

Because of this unresolved issue, I have almost stopped ordering from Noon Food entirely and I am seriously considering cancelling my Noon credit card, as I no longer feel confident using their services.

A very disappointing and unacceptable experience.
Customers deserve better than being ignored for weeks over a clear and well-documented case.

Scamming Vendors ALERT.
Noon's warranty policy is just playing with loopholes. They will give you warranty with tricky conditions. I bought macbook pro and it remained in service centre for 2 month which I bought 4 months back. None of there sellers pick call or respond to email which is breach of agreement of warranty.

Scamming sellers were onboarded, the laptop was in such a bad share that the seller has put putty and paint on the laptop and after a week all that putty and paint came off.

Lost 600+ sar from noon game.

They didn't showed the expiry date and in credits it showed what I earned but on checkout my credits were expired all because there was no indication of expiry date. I contacted their service to ask when will my credits expire they said we don't know like bruuuuh ?!?!?!?! Worst customer service you go for support they say we can't support then why the hell it's labelled as support when they can't support. The game in noon came few days before and there were 20+ glitches in game you lose money due to game glitch and technical issue and after dying to get few sar it used to show expiry date but now they updated and it didn't showed when it's gonna expire and I asked their support they are big L. L af support rude af and after every sentence they be like "Apart from that is there anything I can help" pretending like they solved my previous issue🥴. They say I have raise your issue to higher team they'll contact you and they never contact and close your tickets without solving. Worst as hell. Bruuh I spend my whole week over the game and the credits expired without any notice like what's my fault?!?!? Noon 20 minutes is more worse you add stuff in cart and if you stay longer in cart it adds service fee of 2-3 sar and delivery fee increases too. I'm gonna bash noon owner.
