Worst customer service! Even the rider are worst! I ordered item from noon minute expecting it to be delivered 15 minutes or 30 minutes fast but the plot twist the rider who was assigned to deliver my package he delivered it to the wrong house until now my package is not yet arrived it’s been 2 days and the customer service is not helping me resolve this problem they created!

Recently, I bought the Apple Pencil 2nd generation off Noon after reading “refundable and returnable” which turned out to be a HUGE lie.
When I brought up me wanting to return the faulty product with 7 different people at their customer service, they ,ALL, expected me to check the compatibility of the product without opening the packaging and the supposed seal that was around it.
Within that same week, I got 15 pointless calls just to tell me that there was NOTHING they could do to assist me, and proceeded to put the whole blame on me, over and over again.
I don’t understand if there was nothing they could do, why did they bother calling and repeating the same rehearsed lines again and again…basically a waste of time!
I will never buy anything from Noon ever again and will surely spread the word about their fake products and horrible customer service.

Noon’s warranty service has been extremely poor, and tired of the delays & arguments they cant give warranty on EarPods the consider them as a gift . I tried my warranty issue resolved properly and without excuses but fail to do

This is by far the worst customer service i have ever had. The agent who answered my call had absolutely no clue i had to explain my problem three time and yet she still didn’t understand. When i asked to be transferred to someone else she refused completely useless
My issue is about missing noon credits (credits i have earned) which essentially stealing the money i am owed . Instead of helping me the agent wasted my time and offered nothing this level of service is not acceptable and shocking.
I will be filing a major complaint because no customer should ever be treated like that

noon.com is most untrusty E-commerce to purchase, my 1st ever order went into troubles and my money is stuck. This will be 1st and last for sure.
Different product sent. Has per the description and pictures on noon website the model I order was not the same they delivered. clearly the description and pictures of the model on noon.com is different what you get. This type of miss leading and selling to customer is fraud. Totally unacceptable.
Further, their customer service is a joke. When you send them an email, they just reply with pre-drafted responses. It appears to be just a bot to auto reply. so you are on your own.

We placed an order for a Panasonic garment steamer (Order # NAEHB0077202850) as per the details listed on your website. However, we received a hand iron steam(Image attached), which does not match the order details or the image provided.
This is not a mistake on our part; Noon has messed it up, and now you want us to return the item. This is unfair and highlights Noon’s poor product return policy. I will return the incorrect item delivered by Noon, and I kindly request that you send me the correct item as shown on your website.
Due to this mistake, we missed the opportunity to purchase the product at a better price from other sellers like Amazon and Danube. We could have bought it from another seller if we had acted sooner, but the delay and incorrect delivery caused us to lose the best available deal. This situation is very frustrating and has resulted in a financial loss for us.
We requested a proper resolution and assurance that the correct item is provided, but no response at all.

I ordered a Xiaomi 75 inch TV and it was delivered defective. It is stuck on a boot loop. Noon has taken zero responsibility and have ping pinged me from department to department. Then they sent me fake numbers of supposed service centers to call that never picked up during office hours. I had to find the phone numbers on my own for the service centers and even then they refused to help even though my Xiaomi TV is under 1 year warranty. Do not use Noon for electronic purchases with warranties as they won’t actually provide you any service or help and then they insult you on the chat telling “you” the customer are wrong even though they are the ones that delivered a broken television. Mind blowing.

⭐ 1/5 — Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with
I ordered five items from Noon and only received four. The missing item was a duvet — not something small you can accidentally misplace. The delivery driver even uploaded a “proof of delivery” photo showing only a small bag with the four items, yet Noon still marked the duvet as delivered.
I contacted customer service and ended up speaking to five different agents, and every single one of them just repeated the same scripted lines about “filing a complaint” and someone contacting me in 24 hours. I kept explaining that I needed the item now, not a day later, and that the driver clearly didn’t deliver it — but it felt like talking to a wall.
When I finally asked for a refund, the agent told me to return the item using a link… even though the whole issue is that I didn’t receive the item at all. The lack of logic and accountability is unbelievable.
This has been genuinely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. No resolution, no urgency, no ownership. I won’t be using Noon again, and I strongly recommend others think twice before ordering.

I placed my order on November 4, 2025, with a promised delivery date of November 16-19. but today is November 20, still I didnt receive my delivery which causing inconvenience.

did not receive any timely updates regarding the delay, which made it difficult to plan. I hope Noon can improve communication and ensure timely deliveries in the future.
Given the inconvenience caused by the delay, I would appreciate appropriate compensation or a gesture of goodwill. I look forward to a prompt response from Noon.

The first store wasted my time, like many stores on this app, listing items they clearly don’t have. Then the second store was even worse: instead of informing me that they didn’t have the items, they delivered an incomplete order
Now the real problem: there is no physical customer service person to talk to. Just a robot. The bot said they’d reply in one hour it’s been hours and nobody has reached out.
Why are customers spending money on an app that can’t fulfill orders properly and doesn’t even provide a real agent to solve real issues?
Their service is becoming useless.

I ordered an item it arrived in 24 hours but was completely different item. Said it will take 3 days to collect and I’m not sure how long before I get correct item.
Not good enough for a large company.
Quick to take money slow to put things right.
Not recommended won’t use again ..
Update gets worse they don’t even have the item I ordered in stock at all .
Then I asked for my money to be returned cash as this is what I paid with.
They will only give credit to my Noon account which I will never use again.
I feel they took money from me knowing the item I wanted was not in stock . So they sent an item I never ordered or wanted.
Just so they can take money from me.
What kind of a company operates like this ‼️

They collected the item which I never ordered gave me a refund as told me item I had ordered was not in stock .
But unbelievable they only returned me the item purchase price , they still charged me a delivery fee. Yes a fee for an item I did not order you can’t make this up.
Any normal functioning company would just say at the start the item you want is out of stock.
Not noon they will send different item then charge you delivery fee .
How do they get away with this ‼️

It's a pure form of money swindling, when you check restaurant food menu prices and noon food prices there is difference, and packing metirial quality is also different. Then there is service charge,small order charges, delivery charges, etc. In short you can save 10AED if you place order directly to the restaurant.

I had a failed payment and was supposed to receive a refund, but it’s been over a month and still nothing has been refunded. I’ve contacted Noon customer service multiple times, but all I keep getting are delays and no real progress . It’s frustrating and annoying to keep reminding them when they’re not doing anything about it. I’ve completely lost trust in their service.
