My product arrived and didn’t work as advertised, I emailed to say as much and they emailed to ask what was defective. I explained again and I’ve heard nothing since. Poor communication and service.

I ordered a photo mug for a friend of mine which was lovely quality, but sadly I broke the handle and I emailed to ask if they could replicate for me, I received email form Mark Adams from Noon UK,
and I gave all the details and pics and I am very lucky as he/ they very kindly are sending me one for free I was not expecting that it has made my day and I would highly recommend this company give them a try, I will be buying from them again.
