Order too 5 days to arrive and it was brand new and sealed in the box. glad this purchase also includes a warranty just to be safe. I would recommend to all my friends.

I have paid for a dehumidifier and despite emails and telephone calls I cannot make contact with this company despite trying for 2 weeks. I wish I had read the reviews first as clearly a scam site. Avoid !!!

Unfortunately this company is a scam and very clever by charging £99 they are under the £100 section 75 claim radar so very difficult to get money back .i have reported them to action fraud as well

website needs to be taken down.

I purchased (well thought I had!) an air purifier however low and behold it never arrived within the 3-5 business days as specified in the confirmation email. I found it odd that I hadn’t had any courier emails so I contacted Nora Bone on the 5th working day and it is impossible to get through on their phone number. I emailed them using their info email address as well as their contact is page…it’s now been over 2 weeks since my order and I don’t expect to hear back.

Scam, haven't received item or able to contact. All good reviews are fake as others have said.

Yes it is too good to be true. You buy it, get a confirmation email, then nothing. No tracking or anything. They don't respond to emails and phone.
If you fall for this, contact your bank and try to do a chargeback through them. Barclays did it for me and got my money back promptly.

I recently purchased a eBac Dehumidifier from Nora Bone Co and i coud'nt be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment i first found them on google. I emailed them to ask a question regarding the item and they was so quick to respond and told me everything i wanted to know so i purchased one that was discounted in their site and it took 4 days to receive the item in post. I was impressed and immediately went to purchase another for my daughter which i am currently as we speak waiting to arrive.

With their prices slightly lower than the average there was every reason to feel skeptical but i still felt i wanted to try from my gut feeling. Good Seller.

SCAM! Dormant company. Can't track order when placed. Reported to PayPal my credit provider and cyber security for scam websites. I've also flagged the fake 5 star reviews this website needs taking down! AVOID AVOID AVOID.

You will get a confirmation email from SP Nora Danter, the tracking link will be broken, you will not get your order. Do not use. Do not believe the fake positive reviews.

Ordered the dehumidifier, as with other reviews confirmation email received. Due to no despatch information, emailed to enquire about delivery again no reply. Since reading these scam reviews I have reported to PayPal as a dispute. According to PayPal my money has been paid to a female (name provided on paypal) and a male (name provided on PayPal) in France.

SCAM!!! Please DO NOT order from this company. Order placed on 29/9/24 and they have disappeared! No deilvery, no contact but taken the money.
Have reported to Trading Standards in the hope they can have the website taken down.

This company is registered on Companies House as dormant and has been for the last few years. Look at the SCAM reviews and don’t be another victim!
