This was my first purchase at Nora Gardner, a red Daphne 3/4 sleeve dress. I was blown away by the customer service as Brenda contacted me to let me know the dress ran a little small and that I should size up. The fit, quality, and style were perfect and I got several compliments on the dress at an event that I attended.

I found the sizing problematic. I purchased two dresses and realized that Nora runs very, very small. I spent $600 on dresses that are ill fitting. While I love the style, the sizing is deceiving. It has been frustrating and an expensive lesson to learn. I will order xxl or maybe larger from now on.

I have 4 NG dresses and one top. All are great additions to my wardrobe. Eagerly awaiting some spring to summer dresses.

Dress is fabulous!

The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they didn’t give me a full refund on the dress I returned. In addition, I called the site before ordering to ask which dresses were “warm” reds, and they named only one. I ordered that dress and it wasn’t red at all, more burgundy colored. Disappointed. Not sure if I’ll order from them again.

The return process took way too long. I had to reach out multiple times asking for the status of refund. Also, the restocking fee will prevent me from ordering anything in the future. I had to process multiple returns in search for a dress for a wedding, and none of the other vendors charged a restocking fee, moreover, the refunds were issued immediately upon receipt of the merchandise. I am very dissatisfied with the experience with Nora Gardner.

Long delay in shipping item. Once it arrived, a return label was requested almost immediately per policy of the company. Days later no return label received yet. Return time frame is only 14 days. Very poor service.

Got an email checking my size after I ordered to ensure I had ordered correctly. They changed the size and it fits perfectly. That was above and beyond.

I was very disappointed in the quality of the clothes. The pants I ordered were tissue paper thin and had no structure.

They actually reached out to be sure I had the right size. Even though it was horrifying to hear that large is a size six, the size they did send was perfect. I get many compliments.
