I had to return a most beautiful dress due to change in plans. I was able to return the dress with no issues whatsoever. I just hope I can find another time to wear one of their dresses!

Amazing Service!!
I placed an order but was unable to use the friends & family discount code. I emailed and someone responded to me immediately and refunded me the amount of the discount. Additionally, they noticed that I may have ordered the wrong size in a few dresses that run small based on my other items and automatically adjusted my order. The dresses all fit perfectly- great, great service!!

No one has replied. I sent a return in and there is still no refund. I have 2 additional dresses on order, which I asked to cancel and get refunded, and that also hasn't happened.
