Lovely little cottage in a quiet spot, perfect base for exploring North Wales.

Lovely little dormer bungalow. Very well equipped with everything you might need and very comfortable. We entertained my daughter and son in law twice and found the kitchen very well equipped with everything we needed

Bungalow is very clean, in a great location and we hope to stay again. Everything has been thought of including things like cling film and sandwich bags. We felt very relaxed there and catered for daughter and her husband and baby on a couple of nights. Was as good as cooking at home.

The cottage was very clean, tidy and comfortable with nice garden in a peaceful village. Great location near the expressway so easy to get to places in the area. Close to beach, convenience shop and local pub.

The cottage on arrival looked very clean and welcoming on the outside and inside. Looking around all the rooms we realised we would have everything we needed for our stay. It was a bonus being able to adjust the heating to our needs, (not always available at some properties.) The enclosed rear garden would be nice to sit and relax in the summer.

Norbury Cottage was in an great location to explore North Wales. The facilities in the cottage were excellent, including a stair gate which was very useful for our 2 year old son. The rooms were spacious and it had a lovely private garden. The hosts were excellent, getting in touch before and during our stay to ensure our holiday was as good as possible. I'd highly recommend staying at Norbury Cottage.

A really comfortable cottage in a superb location a few miles out of Conwy and so ideal for touring the area by car or bus - there are bus stops just up the road for Conwy or Bangor.

Communication with the owners was excellent and the cottage was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The driveway is on a blind bend but the recently introduced 20mph speed limit in Wales made that less of a problem - especially as there is a turning head in the garden.

We hope to stay again in the not too distant future and maybe the weather will be kinder to us and we will be able to use the very nice garden

The cottage answered all our needs, namely: peace, tranquility, warmth and comfort, together with a splendid location for walking the hills and visiting places such as Deganwy, Conwy and Llandudno.

Stayed at Norbury just after Christmas for a few days, was a last minute booking, we have stayed before and would again.
Everything needed was provided, accommodation was spotless location is perfect for getting about with off road parking which is a bonus.
Owners are quick to answer and assist should you need,10/10 from us.

We keep returning to Norbury Cottage every year. Fantastic cottage, well appointed and immaculate. It's very well located close to Llandudno and Conwy with quick access to the A55 while being nice and quiet. Stunning views of the mountains on one side and the sea on the other add to the charm of the place. Would definitely recommend it.

Comfortable and well-equipped accommodation, which is always very well maintained and presented. Ideally placed for exploring the surrounding area and its many attractions. We have had several stays at Norbury Cottage, the latest in June 2022. Colin & Emily have always been a pleasure to deal with.

Norbury cottage is in a quiet village location across from a church and the Conwy mountain. It's spotlessly clean, warm and well-equipped. It has a private garden (with fruit trees and a summer house). Parking is easy (own private drive). We've been back several times as it's such a good location. It's not far from Conwy - we walked over the mountains via the footpath, which gave great views from the top and as you walk down into Conwy. But it's also not far to Carnarfon and Anglesey.

We have been staying at Norbury Cottage twice every year for quite a few years now and have been very impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail on the part of Colin and Emily, the owners. It is a lovely property in an absolutely ideal location, a quiet village but still close to the A55 for good access to Llandudno, Conwy, Anglesey, and of course Snowdonia National Park.
