Placed an order in good time (9th December) to receive in time for a Christmas present. Other than an order confirmation, I’ve received no watch and no contact to tell me when I can expect delivery. When I’ve contacted Nordgreen to ask when I can expect delivery I am greeted by their AI agent that adid for information that is available in the order confirmation and isn’t able to help.
As a first time customer of Nordgreen this experience is awful and I wouldn’t make order again. They should do better.

I was taken in by the glossy advertisements and the eco-friendly promise. I was looking for a well-designed watch. The first one arrived, I paid for the strap to be adjusted. The winding crown didn’t work and a replacement was sent. The second one has the same problem. It is a flimsy, cheap watch which is not fit for purpose. Even with a new battery it keeps losing time. I’m going to have to throw it out. What a huge waste of money.

I have a Nordgreen watch and the watch itself is fine. BUT, when you need a new strap, it is advisable to get it from them because of their special “easy fitting” system which may not be suitable for all straps. Their selection is quite good but - when I tried - a really large number were out of stock. I tried several different ones but everything I wanted, in the size I wanted, was out of stock. Contact is by an automated chatbot whose response to my question about when their stock would be replenished/updated was they couldn’t tell me! So I have a watch with a tatty old strap which I cannot replace unless I choose from the few still available in a material and colour I don’t want. Most watches are suitable for any strap provided it is the right dimensions - not these and that is their drawback.
