It is a real shame this company is struggling to get things moving. I have been a customer for years and they have always had a personal touch to every order placed. Hand written notes of thanks in every order. The speed of delivery was always good and the quality of the product was top notch. Always helps out with all my ailments and sleep issues. Liam and his team did so so well.

One order I placed, on Dec 11th 2024, seems to have been made on just the wrong side of proceedings. As with other people placing orders about this time have said. Confirmation received, processing on the order info on my account. Then nothing. No response to emails. Well, not straight away. No way of calling as the phone number was not working. It is all a real shame as they were such a great company and sponsored so many top athletes.

Good luck for the future, Liam and team, and I hope you can get things back up and running the way they were, for a stronger 2025!

Made an order on the 26th December and not received.

Attempted to contact via email but no reply.

Hope the company sorts itself out as it provides good products but atm I wouldn't recommend.

Placed an order 15th of December on 48 tracked delivery. Had confirmation email but no tracking information given. Waited a week and chased via their customer service email, no response. Chased a 2nd time, still no response. Have now requested a refund, still no response. Would not use again, very poor service all round.

Don’t order from here you won’t receive anything and you’ll be skint. They love just taking money and giving you nothing

Was an amazing company. Looks like they've stopped sending out orders and are just taking people's money. Scam site, do not go near. Ordered in November, no information and not responding to email or phone. Such a shame. Avoid like the plague.

Seems like they’ve gone out of business or have given up but continue with taking money for goods they won’t deliver. Have had to issue a dispute as they don’t reply, what a joke, just shut down. Ordered 6th Dec 48hr tracked, nothing nearly 2 weeks later and no comms.

First off then the customer service is appalling. You get told that it’s 48 hr delivery then to put it simply nothing happens. I ordered 2 muscle and joint rubs confirmation of order then silence I contacted them 3 times through their automated system - no response phoned them twice was promised call back - never happened and I had the managers email address from a similar issue I had earlier in the year with this company and he’s not responding either - the products are good but the company’s approach to their customers is a shambles don’t order from Nordic Botanics unless your prepared to endure a load of hassle - I should have learned a lesson first time around- lousy service!!!

Same as the recent reviews; order placed on 30th November and no communication, no response to emails and receptionist never passes me to anyone else.

Quick to take my money but not quick to do anything else.

Will be following up with my bank now to try and get my money back from what I thought was a decent company

Zero communication on deliveries, wish I read more of these reviews. Whoever is running this is just taking money and not fulfilling orders. Wouldn’t be surprised if the good reviews are lies.

Products are very helpful and effective for pain relief. There wasn’t any stock of what I needed and the NoBo team sent me a product, all expenses paid, to help until my order can be completed. Thanks to Sam and Liam 🩷🙏

Really helps muscle arches and recovery, especially after a workout. Good smell, texture and good ingredients. Would recommend

This company offers a range of plant based products sourced from around the world. I was looking for a product to assist with pain relief and chose a CBD Phyto rub. The product is offered in two sizes as well as in a milder or in a stronger CBD extract. Having quite severe arthritic joint pain and the associated soft tissue pain I chose the stronger of the two which comes in a convenient screw top tin. This product has provided me with a level of pain relief comparable to anything previously tried and superior to some.It initially seemed firm and waxy in the tin but softens on contact with the skin and any greasy residue is soon absorbed and the slight odour soon dissipated. I highly recommend this product for its effective relief of pain especially for those averse to or unable to tolerate pharmaceutical products. It’s also reasonably priced and arrived in a few days via Royal Mail. Bravo NoBo. Many thanks.

I can recommend the bath cubes and the strong phyto rub. The bath cubes are great for when everything aches after a long day. The phyto rub is great for targeted pain relief. I use them occasionally, not daily. A little goes a long way. The only down side is that it smells like wintergreen or sports liniment. So I wouldn't use it during the day at work. Not a huge problem- after all it's purpose is to be effective medicine not perfume.

Great service, excellent product. I have osteo-arthritis in my knee and this really helps take the constant ache away. I would definitely recommend this.

I had heard so much about NoBo Shilajit Resin so I thought I'd give it a go, have been taking it every morning now for the past month, I have so much more energy & able to walk for miles. I'm 70 years old & this is the best thing I have brought would definitely recommend it thank you..

Very prompt delivery, excellent product

The product recommended by my Grandson is great and he should know better than the rest of the family. He does weightlifting. However the service was lacking because there was absolutely no customer care advising other than acknowledging receipt of order ,then silence It took emails more than one on both counts from myself and Grandson requesting updates re delivery. Product great customer service. Zero.

Brilliant product. I totally feel the benefits and i have been using NOBO health for about 2 years now.
I feel glad to have found the real thing knowing it works perfect for my exercise and life routine.
