Took 2 days from Denmark to Norway, fast and good service.
Now I can again enjoy food I remember from my childhood when visiting my grandparents in Denmark which has been sorely missed.

Great customer service, fast shipping. I used FedEx for my first order and it got caught up i customs. I used DHL for the next with no problems even though both orders contained torskerogn. Could have just been a random customs check, but I will use DHL from now on. The products are always packed very carefully and have always arrived with no breakage. So nice having authentic Danish products delivered to my door!

Excellent website, easy to use and fantastic customer support for those weird requests of yours. Warmly recommend it.

I have used Nordic Expat for about a year and they have impressed me with every order. Their customer service is by far the best I have ever experienced. Answers and concerns are answered and solved pretty much immediately, Last order I got sooo fast. I ordered from Virginia Monday evening, had my full order Thursday afternoon. Using DHL as carrier made it an even better experience, FedEX less so, they are not helpful. DHL was recommended by a rep. for Nordic recommended that as being better and it is, a whole lot better. I am so happy with Nordic Expat, when you can't go home to shop, they are a lifesaver!!!!!

I have nothing but excellent things to say about this place. They are so quick, accurate and incredibly kind and professional. They will go out of their way to get you the best products and service. Their selection is vast and exactly what a Dane needs sitting abroad dreaming of yummy Danish food. Hopefully soon, you guys will be able to ship items that needs ice.
I highly recommend these guys and encourage people to use them. I'm in the States and the best carrier is definitely DHL.

I live in Toronto and received my order fresh from Denmark within 4 days! Shipping DHL.
Huge variety of goods at very reasonable prices. I will absolutely order again and I highly recommend Nordic expat shop!

Great selection of goods that as a Danish expat I look for (crave), and at okay prices. Shipping is not cheap, but it never is for these kind of things. On that note; it seems like there are some thresholds to be aware of where the shipping costs take a dramatic increase with just one additional product, so play around with your cart, and check shipping rates as you go.
They get the orders shipped quickly and well packed, and I usually receive my order in 3-5 business days (Denmark to Arizona), at least when it's not a super busy time (holidays).
PS: of course keep in mind that this is an order that has to go through customs, so be aware of what you may and may not import. This store will try to guide you with warnings on eg leverpostej, but ultimately, this is your responsibility, and I've heard of at least one customer who lost their entire shipment. Just not worth it. But the rest sure is :-)

WOW!!! I live in Canada, ordered a product online on Sunday night, and by Friday, it was at my doorstep. The package arrived in 5 DAYS!!!!!!!!!! Unbelievable. Thank you!

Very impressed! We received or first order today, ahead of schedule. All the goodies were packed immaculately like someone was a packing engineer. Our order arrived ahead of schedule via DHL to the US. The regular updates from DHL via email were very nice. Already thinking about out our next order! Thank you for carrying products that we have grown to love in our trip to Iceland and Sweden. I bought Gifflar cinnamon rolls to gift to my friends to remember those trips, since we can't pretty much travel these day. The items were received in perfect condition and delivered quite fast. Will definitely order again!

We just received our first order from EXPAT and we are in love with the products. The items are well represented on their web site so virtually eliminates misunderstandings. By the time shipping and import duty is paid it is expensive, but for special occasions well worth it! FedEx delivered in 4 days which is very fast, and all products were in perfect condition except one tube of organic tomato paste had a small leak. We live in Canada and I love the fact that some of my traditional foods are available here. Thank you!
