My first time ordering from them and most definitely not my last, they have a great selection of goods and fast shipping, everything was wrapped really good so nothing could break.

I was very pleased with my order, its the second time I have ordered from this company and will continue to order from them. The items came without any damage and they had listen to the issue with the first order where my rødkål were cracked in the bottom and had leaked I suggested to wrap it extra and they did all items are packed securely and protected.

I ordered from the Expat shop on a Monday night, and got the products delivered on a Thursday, so that was quite fast. It is very expensive, though.

I love the wide selections of scandinavian goodies you guys have! While I am not scandinavian, my husband is and due to pandemic, we can't travel like we normally do which depleted our "Danish luxuries" . This store saved my Christmas for my husband,l and hopefully he will be surprised to open a boxful of lakrids/candies from December 1 to Christmas!

I have just received my first order from Nordic Expat Shop. The delivery costs were not inexpensive (but this is typical when sending to Switzerland), however, my order arrived extremely quickly, was well packaged, and in excellent condition - just perfect. The communication with Nordic Expat Shop was also very fast and helpful. I fully recommend this shop. It has a fantastic selection of products, and the service is first class.

Initially the cart wouldn’t complete as where I live didn’t come up properly. Within a day of me sending a screen shot, they resolved the problem. Booking itself was smooth and the delivery was quick (4 days - we are on an island in the Irish Sea) - even the cheese was still fresh. Ok time of year and northern hemisphere is cool but very happy with the service and speedy delivery. Have already booked a second order. Happy Christmas.

Due to travel restrictions, I was not able to travel to Copenhagen this year from France (I usually go every few months). I was hesitant to order due to my unfamiliarity with this company. Unfortunately for my wallet, everything was perfect, so I will definitely order from them again. The cost of the items are obviously pricier than if you were physically in the store, but as the shipping cost was not that high I think it's very fair. All of the elements in my order were packed very well so they were protected (I ordered a mix of liquids, soft items, etc). It's a great source and their customer service responded almost immediately after I flagged a very small issue with my order. If you are missing your favourite Danish products, I would not hesitate to place an order!

Large range of products, reasonable prices and quick delivery

An absolute gem during desperate times like this - we hadn’t been able to travel and we miss our annual trip to DK so much so that when I received my parcel from Nordic Expat Shop I could almost cry !

Casper was super helpful and sourced the ‘vesterhavsost’ for us which is one of our favourite cheeses from DK.

Everything was packed in their thin plastic bag and then well snugged in the very sturdy outer box.

Couldn’t be more happy with this online shopping and will definitely return for more !

Very much wanted some tea we got used to having in Northern Ireland. They had exactly what we wanted, and although the shipping is a bit high, the fact that it got here in 2-3 days was pretty unreal. We look forward to buying a bunch more tea from this site.

Found most of what we missed! But make sure to check custom regulations before ordering. Our 5x leverpostej was dumped by US customs.
