Purchased a number of items over the years. Excellent range of Scandi stuff. Ordering and delivery experience is excellent and the customer care is also great. Will definitely be ordering more.
I have other two tableware from the site, which these items are the lowest in price compare with other seller. The whole process is very smooth and with email confirmation after I ordered. After waiting for 2 weeks, my items arrived. The delivery time is reasonable because they shipped from Sweden. And I am so happy that they packed it so well so the tableware are in good condition.
HORRIBLE service. ZERO returns policy - you have to pay for everything you want to return. They will get back to you and answer the phones, but otherwise, never spend a dime at this company. They owe me money. They kept pushing back a coffee table I ordered every two weeks. When I asked them to cancel the order, they cancelled the entire order and said 'they have no order on file'. I have sent them my receipts and a screenshot of my credit card receipt to show them I paid and have not been credited the amount. They then told me I needed to reach out to Klarna. I don't know why bc I don't use Klarna. What a horrible online shop. Don't waste your money. I'm not even sure when I'm going to get my money back.

A nightmare. Made an order 3 weeks ago to UK. No actual tracking number (gave a string of numbers that wasn’t traceable). Later learned that the package was dispatched a whole 8 days after my order was placed (website advertised “available for immediate shipping”). Contacted customer service and received a response a week later. Insisted that my parcel was delivered via Parcelforce and that they tried to deliver it the day I contacted them but failed (home all day, no one rang the bell; no text, no call), and that they were going to deliver it today. Yet my flowerpots were nowhere to be seen.
For reference, I ordered some items from Japan on the same day and they arrived two weeks ago.

Ordered a lounge chair from Nordic Nest, customer service were helpful, placed order and it was shipped promptly, arrived from Sweden the next week. Lots of UK based retailers were quoting lead times of 12 weeks. Great experience, would use them again.
It took 10 days for a lamp I ordered to arrive - from stock! It then arrived broken. They did refund it but it took another 5-6 days to get any response from their customer service department. I have had better service from UK companies and will only shop with them in future. I only ordered from Nordic Nest because they actually sold the item.
Had an order with the company that was originally delayed. Tried to contact through email and took days but contacted by phone and they picked up almost straight away and resolved the issue for me. Very happy
I purchased an “Emma” thermos tea jug which started to loose the varnish on the handle after a few weeks. I emailed the company with photos at least 8 times. They responded but didn’t progress the issue and I’m still waiting for them to deal with it after 4 weeks. Absolutely terrible customer service, I won’t be going back.
I was surprised to read so many poor reviews for this company and very different experiences from mine. I have ordered 3 times from them. Everything has taken around 2-3 weeks to arrive which is expected when sending from Sweden. Beautifully packed, nothing broken and love everything that has arrived.
they advertise 5% discount if you sign up for the newsletter - so I signed up but no code arrived - and no response from customer services - so I looked around the internet and found all the poor reviews here - sounds like I had a lucky escape - will not be placing an order!
Items are described as manufactured by top/designer companies, but cheaper versions made by other companies are sent out. Even though customer services admit their website is misleading, it seems we must pay to return from UK to Sweden and given this deception will we see any money back? (Will update).

The pans came delivered in a luxury box set with each pan in its own box and enough packaging to keep them intact. They are heavy and have a solid feel to them. I don't think the rivets connecting the handles will come loose anytime soon.
They look great, no question about that and I also like how you can drain with just the lid. There was slight discolouring to the one bit of the copper which you can see in the photo when it arrived. They are hard to keep clean and that lovely look went in a few times of using them. I did expect more for £300 if I'm being picky but all in all good pans. 7/10
Items received within 10 days. Perfect and as ordered. I would have no hesitation using this overseas online supplier again.
I've just attempted to contact Nordic Nest about my disappointment with my purchase. I couldn't complete for some reason...I'm sending all of it back. Such poor quality. I've added one star only because I can't delete it. £50 for stuff I could pick up for £10 elsewhere. Where have your ethics gone. You used to produce such lovely work.
