Have ordered a couple of times from Nordic Nest and was happy with the friendly and helpful customer service (though they do take some time to reply to the initial query) - few items arrived damaged and they promptly rearranged a replacement/refund with no fuss.
Horrible company! One of the worst I’ve ever encountered online. Ordered items in the fall and they still haven’t arrived yet (it is now May). First, they said they lost the order, and I had to resubmit. Then, I resubmitted. Every month I get a friendly email telling me that they “haven’t forgot about my order” along with a note that it will be another month late. This is a miserable excuse for an online business…buyer beware!

After much deliberation ordered a few things up to $750 and paid, order confirmation email received. Two days later I noticed the amount was back in my bank account. Haven't heard anything from NN, no email to identify what happened. After reading these reviews I won't even attempt to chase it up.
I ordered a table lamp on 7 April which arrived on 14 April. I received confirmation of delivery on 8 April and was able to track the item's progress via DHL and Parcelforce (the item shipped from Germany). The item itself arrived as described and was very well packaged. Surprised to see all the negative reviews of this company; perhaps customer service is slow if you have an issue with your order. I would order from them again.
I was really reluctant to order from this website after reading the reviews, but they were the only website who were selling a discontinued line of ceramic dishes that I wanted, however I was pleasantly suprised. I placed my order, was immediately advised that the order had been dispatched and then it arrived in perfect condition from Parcel Force. Fabulous service. I will have no hesitation in ordering again from this website even though it is not in the UK.
Delivery rescheduled numerous times and then got stuck in Essex for four days. CS asked me to advise them if I hadn’t received by close of play yesterday, which I did, but they haven’t come back to me and have now finished for the bank holiday. Felt like lip service to me.
A number of people have said this in reviews: be really careful where you buy products from; I’ve had numerous issues with orders coming in from various retailers in Europe and every single one of them has had delays and problems. They seem to be price competitive because of scale but the service can be - not always - but can be horrendous and it just leads to frustration and disappointment. Personally I will try and find somebody in the UK I can trust and stick with them because the hassle is just not worth it.
Bought the 26cm Iittala saute pan recently. I have several littala pans which I love but this was a lot heavier and chunkier than expected. Cooks well but it needs a smaller main handle and an additional handle on the other side to help with the weight. The weight was not mentioned in the description or the facts about the product.

I ordered cushions and throws on the 8th Feb for UK delivery, then I read the reviews and regretted my decision. How wrong to prejudge. No problem with shipping. I was given a delivery date of 15/02/22 and the package arrived on the date. Fantastic quality and would definitely recommend this company.
My order arrived in reasonable time. Quality of products were beautiful but not quite right for my requirements. Contacted Nordic Nest with query, and customer services were prompt and friendly in their response. Query was responded to swiftly. Very impressed and will be looking forward to purchasing again.
I order a petrol lamp which was in stock according to the website. Now almost 1 year later still don’t have it. Every 3 months when delivery was due I received a message delivery is delayed by 3 months. No sorry nothing from the shop. Don’t buy there.
I ordered from Nordic Nest, then saw some reviews on Trust Pilot and was really worried. However, my experience has been very good, I ordered in stock goods, and received all within two weeks. The only thing I can mention is they are slow to respond to first email, but ping back immediately after that initial one. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.
Just cost me over £100 to return 2 lamps from the UK. It is not made clear anywhere on the site that the company is based in Sweden, it even gives a UK (+44) telephone number. Avoid if you are UK based.
I should have read Trustpilot before ordering. I ordered and paid a week ago and until now only got an automated response of their customer service about their turnaround time of 5 - 7 working days. Really shocking.
Avoid this company! I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering. They are a shambles, I placed an order several days ago. Item was available for immediate dispatch, couple of days go by and no confirmation of dispatch. I contacted Nordic Nest via Instagram at around 7.30 and was told my order was this minute being picked and would be dispatched that day…. No confirmation of this so I emailed the following day to be told again my order was being picked just this minute and would go out that day… 2 days later still no dispatch confirmation. My account has been debited and I have no idea when my order will/ever arrive. My tip, shop somewhere else, you shouldn’t have to chase orders, customer service is shocking
