Top of the line machine - Commercial x32i treadmill
I subscribed to iFit Family from the beginning (which is not inexpensive) and registered my account. I am disappointed that customers have to register within 28 days to gain the 10y warranty or any warranty haha despite providing all details at the time of purchase with them and additional information for setting up iFit Family. 28 days they hide that!!. I had planned to expand equipment with additional pieces but we will now avoid the company they don’t honour customers but try to avoid warranty with loop holes on machine warranties look online at all the failed machines and warranty complaints. Avoid Nordic-CRAP-Track poor effort shame on you

Great product, bad warranty
Great product. Easy to assemble, works really well, but for the price the warranty period is disappointing (1 year). I hope that we don’t have problems, but I’d hope for more cover for the money.
I received a response from Nordic Track saying they did offer a 2 year warranty if the item was registered in the first 28 days. Unfortunately I was outside that timeframe and they refused to offer any flexibility on the policy. Really disappointing.

Absolutely Appalling Customer Service – Avoid at All Costs!
If I could give zero stars, I would. We purchased a treadmill, bike, and mirror from NordicTrack, spending over £5,000, and are still paying for it. Less than a year and a half later, the treadmill literally started smoking, which is not only unacceptable but also a major safety hazard. You’d think a company selling premium fitness equipment would take responsibility, right? Wrong.
Despite reaching out to customer service, we were met with a robotic, copy-paste response about warranty terms instead of any real effort to resolve the issue. The treadmill was only 14 months old, and for something this expensive, you’d expect durability, reliability, and at the very least, a company that cares about customer safety. Instead, we were essentially told, “Tough luck, not our problem.”
NordicTrack claims their products are high quality, but if a treadmill starts emitting smoke and failing this quickly, that speaks volumes. Their refusal to take responsibility and dismissive attitude toward a genuine safety concern is unacceptable. We are still paying for this equipment, and yet they refuse to do anything about it.
If you’re considering buying from NordicTrack, save yourself the frustration, stress, and wasted money. Their products are overpriced, unreliable, and their customer service is non-existent. When you invest in premium equipment, you expect it to last longer than barely a year before turning into a fire hazard. Avoid this company at all costs.

I love this equipment
I love this equipment! Easy to assemble with clear instructions and I jumped on as soon as it was up and running! Smooth, well built and solid. I love the ifit app and find this is the best thing about this actually, the cheerful vibe, world views and cheerleading sets me up super well for the day

Absolute rubbish
Absolute rubbish.
Spent over 2800 euros spent on a Commercial 2450 treadmill for my home in 2021.
Since then have had to replace the motor twice (first time was after less than a year so warranty covered it), the electronics board once, the deck once (cracked straight down the middle), the belt once.
Now the iFit display unit has gone on the blink and will not boot. Have tried to factory reset multiple times and it failed mid boot.
The sales company couldn't find my sales order when I went back to them but
On a more positive note; the local approved repair company for Nordictrack is excellent and have always been very responsive but I'm sick of paying so much for this unit.
Update 19-03-25
After trawling YouTube I tried another factory reset as one video indicates it may require a few attempts. The reset worked and the unit is working ok since. Time will tell.
Brilliant service from the sales team
Brilliant service from the sales team, very helpful and talked me through the iFit programme and how it works, its honestly the best thing we've bought in ages! I don't really like exercise but this treadmill is addictive, the iFit programme really makes it interesting and far from boring! So far I've been to Portugal, Morrocco, Arizona, Mexico, California and North Wales all without leaving home!

Nordic track elliptical
I ordered a Nordic track elliptical machine. It was pretty easy to assemble but I’ve had to take some of it apart to regrease to solve knocking noises which eventually creep back in… just gotta keep regreasing some of the joints. Ifit is a brilliant accompaniment to the machine and makes using the machine more enjoyable. It entices me to go back daily to complete series of hikes etc.
Commercial treadmill - Nordic Track - Avoid
I bought an X32i a commercial grade treadmill. I ran on it for around 600 miles and a large spring fell off the bottom. I had the Nordic track repair firm come round and they said the frame had cracked through and could not be repaired. This is a 'commercial grade' machine, I had run 600 miles on. I am circa 60-65kg. The customer service team said as I did not have the lifetime warranty for the frame there was nothing they could do and 'sorry for the inconvenience'. These machines are so expensive and I now have an unusable machine that weighs 300kg. No replacement or assistance, Avoid.
They have my after sales reference, details of my purchase, reference to their repair company , photos of the serial number, broken frame and spring. The comments below aren’t accurate but in any event consider if you think a commercial treadmill should crack through its metal frame with this little use and have such short protection. Good luck if you do. And feel free to google cracked frame nordic track (especially for X32i) and you will see plenty of photos of the same issue.

Great treadmill, ifit interactivity a gamechanger
Nordicktrack were really helpful with the order process, enabling me to get the best deal, interest free and a reduced price ifit subscription. We are really pleased with the treadmill. The treadmill was my wife's idea, but I am also finding the ifit interactivity great.

False Advertisment
I wouldn't rate their products just yet if I was you! I bought a very pricey treadmill back in 2019, fabulous treadmill, used everyday, had it serviced regularly and kept up the maintenance with a local engineer I found. They CLAIM to have a 10 year warranty on the motors, and mine is 6 years old now, I submitted my details for a new motor and they rejected it, wait until you hear under what grounds! I paid for the treadmill in April 2019 and they did not deliver until June 2019, I registered the machine as soon as I recieved it and they are now saying I didn't register it within 28 days of purchase! How can I register a machine I have not recieved. Very poor customer service, once you have purchased they do not care. I will have the treadmill repaired myself with my engineer as the product was good, but why falsely claim to have a 10 year warrantly when you have no intenstion of following it through on it. False advertisment! And weeks without my treadmill with ping pong emails from customer service who had no intenstion of sending the motor, yet kept requetsed prrof of purchase, proof of address, proof of serial number and a video to prove it as broken, supplied everythig they requetsed to be told weeks later that I didnt register it within 28 days of purchase. Seriously! We waited over 6 weeks for delivery, this is not our fault, its actually yours that it couldn't have been registered within your "28 days off purchase"

I LOVE my Nordic track bike!
I used to go to a spin class 2/3 times a week, but life got busy and I needed a home gym so I could get more exercise.
I chose the Nordic track bike because of the uphill function, it isn’t the cheapest option but I firmly buy into the approach of investing in the best you can afford to keep you inspired to use it.
I use my bike every day, I love the classes, whether cross training or the scenic routes there is SO much choice. The music is a bit questionable but I just play my music over the top.
I cannot recommend this bike highly enough!
High quality equipment
The equipment is excellent and of a high quality.
I was kept informed regarding the delivery up until the point of receipt. I also received a follow up call to check if everything was ok.

RW900 Purchase.
I already had an S22i bike so decided to add the RW900 rower to make the most of my iFit subscription. Ordering and delivery were as expected/arranged. Assembly can be a little fiddly at times but got there in the end. Now just have to use it although there are some great beginner rower workouts with world class athletes to help you.
NORDIC TRACK elliptical…
I received my NORDIC TRACK elliptical trainer within a short space of time from ordering. It was quite easy to set up, the instructions were easy to follow and the tools supplied with the kit were great... Definitely need two people to set it up thought as I kept having to pull someone in to give me a hand.
Its now fully functional and and excellent petit of kit which I use most days... I've subscribed to the IFIT app is amazing especially when the incline and my heart rate (resistance) work as part whatever route I'm doing.

Commercial 1250 review.
Recently purchased the Nordictrack Commercial 1250. Fantastic customer service from Nordictrack and the courier. Quality, sturdy product which was easy to assemble and set up. Love the touchscreen and incline options. Would definitely recommend pairing with an iFIT subscription which gives access to a vast array of workout options and allows you to set up different users.
