Do not buy Norditrack treadmills

Do not buy Norditrack treadmills. I had Two treadmill from them, thoughttheir built quality is very good their belt doesn't last long even for domestic use, both of my belts split within two years, for my first treadmill they replaced with no extra cost however for my second treadmill I was told that belt was not covered by the warranty. This does mean you spend £££ in replacement cost , so be mindful of the potential cost when investing in their treadmills

Excellent Experience

I am very, very pleased with the entire purchase experience. Communication was excellent, the arrangements to deliver the equipment were organized and the accomdations needed to fit a smaller van into my gated complex were executed perfectly. I purchased the installation service and I couldn't be more pleased with how professional and expert the service team was. I am 100% delighted with the entire experience, and with the equipment.

The customer service is pathetic

The customer service is pathetic. The delivery won’t ring your doorbell. They will call you once and you will he once by the customer service within a minute and they will cancel your order. I would highly recommend not to buy the treadmill of this company. Literally I had to cancel my work because of them. The funny part is that Nordic track won’t take any actions. Please avoid this company .

They did not ring my doorbell. They waited only for 2 minutes. I was in the toilet and I called them back after 2 mins.

Also, for delivery I requested you guyz for a next day delivery but you replied it cannot be arranged. Of course due to my work commitments I cannot wait for a week. But refund was issued, an additional discount of 8 but that does not solve my problem. If you are at fault please help the customer as per their need not as per your convenience.

Hi Vivek, we are extremely sorry to hear your delivery did not go smoothly. Our couriers did attempt to call you and were waiting outside your property for 5 minutes after they tried to contact you. The friendly sales team you spoke with did everything they could to help and offered to assist you with a redelivery but you stated circumstances with your work had changed and you were unable to accept a further delivery attempt. We take every failed delivery seriously as it costs us as a company, so we do always thoroughly investigate with our logistic partners and speak with our customers who have been affected by the failed delivery to see if we can resolve things. Sadly on this occasion you requested to cancel your order and receive a refund which we actioned straight away for you.

Product didn't work as it should from purchase, they failed to respond to tickets and when I complained they voided my warranty

I purchased the NordicTrack EXP 7i directly from them in October 2024. It was a self assembly purchase. The speed buttons on the right handside didn't work correctly. Each speed number would be less than the number, for example if you press 6 it would be 3.1.

I raised 2 support tickets about the issue without reply.

I then raised a compaint and was asked to provide pictures and a short video to show they issue. Then I got this reply:

Good afternoon Adam,

Thank you for sending these photos over.

Unfortunately, based on the photos provided, it would seem that the machine is located in an unsuitable environment, meaning that the warranty is now void.

As our warranty states, it does not cover:
i) improper location including, but not limited to, humid, dusty, or outdoor environments, and locations with unstable temperatures (examples include garages, cellars, sheds, summerhouses, porches, and patios)

If you are able to move your machine to a more suitable location we can look into assisting you further (and we will require photos of this) but if not unfortunately we can't help further.

My treadmill is in my garage (wasn't aware it couldn't be) but despite the product sold not working correctly from purchase I've recieved 0 help to resolve and it would seem their only intention is to find a way to void warranty Vs providing a product that works.

*** in lieu of their reply below, I want to point out that I first raised a ticket online within the first 2 weeks of purchase when I first realised of the issue, then again after Christmas when I didn't hear back and then made a complaint.

In summary, I can only conclude that NordicTrack are Okay with selling a product that doesn't work as stated and will find a way to invalidate your warranty later rather than fixing their faulty machine.

Hi Adam, we are very sorry to hear you've encountered an issue with your treadmill. Our customer service team have informed you correctly: If you had discovered an issue in the first 28 days after taking delivery and contacted our customer service team to report this, we would have been able to offer you warranty support as per your purchasing rights and we would have been able to put this right for you. Sadly, it sounds like your machine has been kept in an environment which may have potentially contributed to an electrical or motor issue, caused by the build up of moisture within the machine due to the fluctuation in temperature that occurs in an non-insulated garage (breeze block walls, concrete floor, gap around the garage door etc). This is advised in the warranty terms both on our website and in the T&C's to try and protect customers from instances like this by informing them beforehand of the environments that are not suitable for our machines and subsequently not covered by warranty.
We understand your frustration by this but I hope you can appreciate our stance on this as a business. As you've been advised in the email from Aleks, if you can look to move your machine to a more suitable location (e.g. inside your main property where there is an ambient and stable temperature) they can look to assist you further.

Solid treadmill, I Fit definitely motivating

Great product, easy to assemble, and great customer service, as ordered over xmas so delivery was delayed by a couple of weeks but they extended my iFit subscription, to cover the delay. the whole thing is great, solid machine for home use and love the ifit app and trainers.

iFit (and the NordicTrack treadmill)…

iFit (and the NordicTrack treadmill) have made a massive difference to our lives for my wife and me. We use it pretty much every day (apart from Saturday when we do our local ParkRun - where my PB has gone from 34 minutes to 29 in 4 months. We love it. The only problem comes in scheduling when we use it in the evenings!

It would be nice to have more runs in the UK (and what about some ParkRuns) - and perhaps being able to load runs that you've done in Strava and then replicate on your treadmill.

It was acceptable.

I had to chase the Topcashback credit, but got it eventually. Good communication about order progress. Delivery company were a bit sketchy but all worked out in the end.

Brilliant bike

Brilliant bike. All the family has enjoyed using the bike and it's given inspiration to some who were allergic to exercise to start exercising. Brilliant all round. I love the fact that you can create your own rides and watch Netflix at the same time.

Great cross runner and very happy …

Great cross runner Great communication and delivered on time. I did a lot of research as I wanted to get the right equipment. I ordered the product with out seeing all using one. It was exactly as all the details mentioned in the product information. I am very pleased with this and hopefully get more fit.

Go the extra mile to help customers.
