Excellent Treadmill. Love the Mountain Hikes.
I have had this treadmill for a few weeks and it is really changing up my fitness game. The iFit hiking programmes are brilliant with motivational instructors and stunning scenery in a variety of countries. The routes are varied and the treadmill will atuo-adjust the incline and speed along the way. The clever part is that you can adjust the difficulty during the workout to really tailor the workout to your needs.
The treadmill is very robust and well made. We had considered a much more expensive option with another competitor, however I am really pleased we saved roughly £6k and went with the NordicTrack. It really does have everything you need from a home treadmill.

Terrible customer service
Ordered a bike and treadmill costing over £4,000. Delivery date was agreed for around two weeks after the order. I waited in all day and no delivery. I chased to discover that it wasn’t placed on the van and I was told that I needed to start the delivery process again. Nobody had thought to call or email me to tell me it wasn’t arriving. It took multiple chasers before the delivery team contacted me and another two weeks before the equipment arrived. Each piece of equipment took around half a day to build. Bike was fine but treadmill base was buckled and whole treadmill needs to be replaced. They have told me that I need to spend the time dismantling it before they can collect and wait in for a whole day for them to collect it. I asked if they would build the replacement and was given a flat no unless I paid extra. They are very happy to waste my time but their time needs to be paid for. In summary, the quality of product is questionable and customer service is woeful. Please look at other brands if you are reading this review and save yourself from a similar experience.

Nordic Track 2450 Commercial
Superb equipment with brilliant service.
Received the machine within 10 working days from ordering. The delivery guys were very diligent installing and setting up the machine with no fuss even taking care to protect our wooden floor when positioning.
The equipment and app is very easy to use.
The software and sessions are fantastic with many options for users of all abilities.

Great bike really easy purchase
Great bike really easy purchase, lovely delivery drivers took it upstairs for me. The workouts via I fit are really good they adjust the resistance on the bike via blue tooth , good range of interactive workouts, the bike itself is very sturdy and was relatively easy to put together

I have no interest in iFIT whatsoever
I have no interest in iFIT whatsoever, but was told there is no way to remove this software from the treadmill and only use standard data points (such and speed, distance, etc).
s22i studio bike - buying it was a mistake
s22i studio bike. Screen died after just 2 years and could not be reset. With the screen no longer functioning it was not possible to apply resistance. Riding a freewheeling spinbike in manual mode is not what I paid for - I could have put my road bike on a stand and got the same result at a much lower price ! Being a fairly sensible sort, I had taken the precaution of purchasing an extended guarantee when I originally bought the s22i, but, sadly, this did not cover the bike once I had moved to France. After moving to France, the screen failure manifested itself just weeks after the manufacturer's 2 year warranty ended. I had previously asked that the extended warranty be ported to France but this was declined by the extended warranty insurer with no scope to buy a fresh extended warranty to provide cover in France - so please make of that what you will. Accordingly I paid a lot of money for what became, after only 27 months, a useless piece of metal. It appears from other reviews that I am not alone in experiencing problems with the screen on the s22i.
Rather than paying another small fortune for a replacement bike, I decided to cut my losses and take it to the tip. Throwing the dismantled bike into the skip at the recycling centre was somewhat cathartic.
Really nice quality running machine
Really nice quality running machine. Free workouts are limited and we had trouble signing up for our 30 day trail through the IOS App Store but the machine itself is top notch. Great to be able to run both uphill and downhill and getting off the road has helped me recover from a couple of annoying injuries.

Regret buying should have got a pelaton. All seemed fine when it came good delivery etc then when got it together and running it makes a weird noise like something is rubbing. When you lift the deck up 1 side rubs on the hand rail before it gets to the top an when i was trying to figure out why i realised the frame is lob-sided or bent, and to add insult to injury the nordic track logo has started to peel of after 1 month. The good point is the ifit app is excellent with really enjoyable workouts but you have to pay £40 a month for it which i didnt know before i bought the treadmill which is absolutely scandalous to pay that for an app which is dearer than an actual gym membership to add to a treadmill you've just spent thousands on. Customer service non existent, sent numerous emails and messages and tried to call an directed to a email account. Feels like a scam in talks with klarna pay to get a refund as im not happy.

Solid bit of kit let down by software
My S22i is a solid bit of kit, and the incline/decline feature is fantastic. But it is seriously let down by the slow and clunky software and poor customer service.

No Common Sense, No Working Product After Weeks of Effort
I bought a NordicTrack treadmill in February 2024. It arrived with several defects — the worst being the belt rubbing against the plastic housing, a clear factory fault. I spent hours assembling it myself, only to find it didn’t work.
I asked for a repair to avoid waste, but they insisted on a full replacement. Then they told me I’d need to rebuild it myself AGAIN or pay £200 for assembly — even though the fault was theirs.
I raised a formal complaint on 17 March 2025. It was acknowledged, but weeks later, I still have no working treadmill and no fair resolution. All the time, effort and stress I’ve gone through seems to mean nothing to them.
This could have been resolved easily with a bit of common sense. Sadly, it feels like no one — staff, management or owners — actually cares once the sale is made.
UPDATE following response from NordicTrack UK:
Thank you for responding, but unfortunately your reply reinforces the problem: no flexibility, no fairness, and no common sense.
I spent hours assembling a 135kg treadmill that arrived with a clear factory fault. Now you're asking me to either rebuild the replacement myself again or pay £200 for assembly.
Your time has a value, but MINE doesn’t? That’s how this feels. Policies are important, but when your product is faulty, applying rigid rules without considering the customer’s effort or inconvenience is just poor service.
What’s missing here isn’t just practical help — it’s basic accountability.

Love the bike, not so much ifit
Love the bike, don't like the ifit integration. Shame you are stuck with it and the bike doesn't work without the screen.
Edit: I appreciate the copy paste reply, however my opinion still stands. For example, there was an update the other week that removed the ability to adjust the resistance by 1, now there are only 12 levels of resistance not 24 as you can only select in increments of 2. I use the bike a lot, but have had to set up a stand for an iPad because ifit is not great and asks for £35 a month! A bit less if you buy in bulk. I use Les Mills for £15 a month and it's way better. But on a separate ipad

Great buy
Bought the Nordictrak commercial 2450 treadmill and have been really impressed with the quality, ease of use and the integrated I-FIT content. Have young kids so finding the time to go out for a run can be difficult and in the past I’ve always preferred to run outside but this is game changer. The instructor led runs around some of the amazing places across the globe keep the interest up and are way more fun than I anticipated! Love this purchase and would highly recommend

Great treadmill
Fast service, great price, delivery prompt and when agreed. I would say that ifit is an absolute must have.
