Delighted with our recent purchase of the Nordictrack bike.
It took me a while to build the bike, a couple of hours, but the instructions are pretty clear.
Once built, the bike is really good quality and is whisper silent in operation.
The purchase of an ifit membership is an absolute must, otherwise, you are missing out on all the instructor led rides, exercises etc which are surprisingly very effective in motivating you through your ride.
It’s still early days but really enjoining it so far.
There’s a couple of us using it so I do need how to work out the “family” use so we can all see our respective progress.

Poor quality treadmill and terrible customer service
Bought a Nordic Track / iFit treadmill for £2499. The supporting frame snapped just after a years use, leaving the treadmill non functional. I told Nordic Track about the issue and they refused to assist with the repair or replacement of the treadmill. Very disappointing as I only had just over a years worth of use. I would expect a safer and better quality from a premium treadmill product. Poor customer service and product not fit for purpose.

Gutted.
Felt id done my homework read the reviews, knew what I thought was historic issues and went with the x24 stupio bike. £1899 is not cheap for anyone and takes a lot of time to earn that money! Built it, switched it on, connected to wifi and the screen just blinks for a few minutes then crashes and software starts a new download. Response from ifit has been excellent so far ( answered the phone , sent me an email) however you don’t spend this amount of money to now spend hours trying to resolve ( I’m meant to be training )
I’ve update my review to 3 stars because the respond from the CS / tech team was excellent and the bike seems to be working well. I shall update again in next 2 weeks, if the product is as good as the service response I could get to 5

Excellent Experience I’m running everyday
I’m genuinely impressed with both the service and the product. Ordering online was straightforward and hassle-free, with great communication throughout. The delivery team (all three of them!) were brilliant — friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful in getting the heavy machine safely into place.
As for the treadmill itself, it’s outstanding. The iFIT trainers are a game-changer — engaging, motivating, and the way the treadmill automatically adjusts speed and incline to match the terrain is just fantastic. It makes every run feel like a real-world adventure, whether I’m tackling hills or cruising through scenic routes. Highly recommend both the product and the service from start to finish!

Outstanding Customer Service
I am currently awaiting delivery of my NordicTrack cardio equipment, but to date it's been refreshing dealing with an employee and Company that appear to want to help and go beyond the Customers expectations, which these days is very rare. When e-mailing Becky from the Direct Sales Support Team, she has responded promptly, in a friendly professional tone and answered the many questions I asked.
Having had this experience I am even more excited to receive the equipment and try it out.

Software SCAM
All their machines are loaded with iFit. Comes free for a year, then £350 a year from then on. If you don't renew your membership, your machine doesn't work. I wouldn't buy their machines unless you are happy investing thousands of pounds of the 10 years warranty.

Aggressively hides basic functionality behind hefty subscription fee
£2,000 should buy a treadmill that works the moment you finish tightening the last bolt. Instead, my NordicTrack Commercial 1250 was literally held hostage by iFit’s paywall — the console refused to start unless I signed up for the paid subscription.
What went wrong
Dead on arrival. After a four-hour build the machine booted straight into an iFit “subscribe now” screen; even a factory reset couldn’t break the loop.
Absurd “solution.” Support told me to dismantle the 100 kg unit so they could ship a replacement. The fault was never hardware — it was their own software lockout.
Email-only support. A promised engineer within 21 days never showed while the treadmill gathered dust.
Pointless engineer visit. When someone finally arrived, they just killed Wi-Fi to bypass the paywall, stripping every smart feature I’d paid for.
One-click fix… after a month. Eventually iFit flipped a server switch so a free account could unlock the console to bring it to life. That five-minute tweak came after four weeks of stone-walled emails and wasted time. However, streaming services such as Netflix and Prime remain held to ransom behind their paywall. My children would have used this treadmill if these functions were active. There is nowhere to even rest a device such as tablet or a phone. So my children are not incentivised.
Why this is a one-star product
NordicTrack aggressively pushes iFit and withholds basic functionality to strong-arm you into an extra monthly fee.
Streaming apps like Netflix and Prime Video, which cost them nothing to enable, sit behind that paywall.
Customer service prioritises upsell over fixing problems; the treadmill works great mechanically only once you’ve survived their ransom process. But imagine buying a TV and then having to pay a subscription for the smart features. Without the hefty subscription fee, the smart screen is limited to bargain basement features.
Bottom line: Excellent hardware, disgraceful business model. I won’t buy NordicTrack ever again, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who values straightforward, customer-first support. I would actively discourage anybody using this company.

Second to none.
Super fast delivery to the room I wanted it in. Easy to follow instructions to assemble. The build quality is second to none. I have been using the running machine for two weeks now and can fault it. The ifit training is also fantastic especially for me who is getting back into fitness.

I couldn’t be happier with my NordicTrack
I couldn’t be happier with my NordicTrack S24i bike! From the moment it arrived, I was impressed by the solid build quality and sleek design. The 24” touchscreen is incredibly vibrant and makes every workout so much more engaging. I love the iFit classes — the trainers are motivating, and the variety of workouts keeps things exciting, whether I’m in the mood for a high-intensity ride or a scenic, leisurely cycle.
The bike is smooth and whisper-quiet, so I can work out any time without disturbing the rest of the house. Assembly was ok but struggled a little with feeding the wiring through the post up to the screen. It’s heavy so some may need a second person.
All in all….im really happy

Second machine, second £2,500 paperweight
I have a Commercial 2950 treadmill that i have had for just over two years now (installation was April 5th, 2023). This was a replacement for an original purchased in 2022, in which the deck cracked twice and had to be replaced. About six weeks ago this replacement unit started to lose power within 5-10 minutes of beginning a workout. Within this time the screen goes dark and reboots while the belt keeps moving. A few minutes after this the belt then dies and the whole machine has to be rebooted. This now happens constantly. I wrote to NordicTrack and on 14/3/25 was told that my machine is out of warranty and that I had to contact an engineer for assistance. That company then informed me that NordicTrack no longer stock the console for my machine and that they don’t have one either, so I pretty much have a £2,500 gigantic paperweight in my workout room. Even if I could get it repaired, I’m sitting here for an undetermined amount of time with no ability to run. Every day I lose more conditioning that I worked hard to get. It’s crazy that these machines can barely make it to two years old.
I actually quite like iFit and have been a member for over two years. There in lies the dilemma. Do you continue to buy treadmills that cost £2,500+ that last less than 3 years just because you like the iFit ecosystem? Without any type of solution on the horizon it looks like I need to explore Peloton for a new treadmill to see if I have better luck there. Know that regardless I will be buying an extended warranty.

We owned a nordic track crosstrainer for a couple of years which we used daily the whole time we owned it. We unfortunately had to sell it due to relocation and down sizing home but due to a recent move are now able to accommodate our new machine which we are super happy about . The purchase was very easy to arrange with 0% finance being a massive plus👍
Keep away from these bandits
Keep away from these bandits. They advertised 2 years warranty and my treadmill broke within this time, but now they say they will not honour the warranty as I did not register the treadmill. Absolute bs way to get out of warranty, I have proof of purchase, registering makes no difference to the warranty, it's an absolute scam in my opinion.
The whole experience was flawless
The whole experience was flawless. I purchased a treadmill commercial 1250. Really easy to order online and arrange delivery. The delivery guys were really helpful and pleasant. Delivered to my house within a week. The Ifit subscription is an amazing addition. I’m really pleased with it and so is my wife. We are now looking at purchasing a bike and rower from nordic track.

From order to delivery the processing of buying my treadmill was a breeze. The colour screen and ifit programs keep me motivated by either running with a trainer or watching Netflix. If you want quality then look no further. My only gripe would be the installers who managed not to notice the Nordic r ck on the console, luckily they hadn't disposed of plastic sheet the other letters were attached to but equally didn't really care and secondly, they wouldn't take the box, which I sort of get because of returns, but a treadmill is a big thing and the box and packaging not insignificant.
