As a novice to walking on treadmills and having a ifit trainer this is brilliant equipment especially for my needs and health requirements. Would recommend to anyone to purchase.

Poor customer service
NordicTrack is good until problems arise with machine and you contact them for help. They will just refuse to respond
Never buy
Never buy. Bought a treadmill about 2 years ago. Contacted Nordictrack for help. replaced run deck and belt. Motor dies when weight is applied to belt. Treadmill used in the home. Treadmill was moved to different location for repairs and nordictrack are claiming its the location of treadmill thats the issue. The threadmill was used in a clean dry room in the house. They are make any reason not to fix. Motor has failed. Nordictrack won’t replace.

Poor finishing, poorer customer service
Just a follow up, 6 months after providing details to the Nordictrack trustpilot team, not a single representative has made contact. The poor service continues.
Exercise is important part of my daily routine. I decided to buy again from Nordictrack when my previous Nordictrack cross trainer (of 8 years) had no issues. The quality of my previous purchase made me confident that continuing my exercise journey with Nordictrack was the right thing to do.
Unfortunately, I was wrong. From my recent
experience, Nordictrack do not offer the same quality of product or service as they once did.
The first cross trainer was replaced due to a
fault. Due to the unforeseen requirements
placed on the collection by Nordictrack (no
more than 4 items), I had to purchase packing materials to return the faulty cross trainer, I also had to take a day off work to facilitate the collection of the faulty cross trainer and the delivery of the replacement.
The second cross trainer also appeared to have a similar problem and also sharp edges on the handles. These sharp edges mean that when using the cross trainer you have to take care where you place your hands and be mindful of pressure and quick movements, as the sharp edges have the potential to cause cuts.
I have been in contact with Nordictrack
regarding these issues since the 11th April, It
has been frustrating with emails being ignored, having to repeat questions and issues a number of times before they are answered or addressed.
They have dismissed the sharp edges as being within 'manufacturing tolerances' and have refused to evidence this statement. They are happy for the parts of the cross trainer that are meant to be held to have the potential to cause harm.
They have even lied to the CDRL, stating that the hard plastic handles are made of a soft flexible material, which they are most certainly not.
My recent experience has been less than ideal and I have lost out. Dealing with Nordictrack customer service has been traumatic and rather than enjoying my new cross trainer, I'm seeing it as a problem waiting to happen.

X24 Highly Recommend
I bought an X24 treadmill and my experience has been excellent. Very solid, well built machine that is easy to use and a pleasure to run on. I have also very much enjoyed the variety of runs available.

Really poor customer service from this…
Really poor customer service from this company.
Brought a treadmill last year, worked great till recently. The treadmill is still in warranty so I emailed the customer service team.
This process has now taken over a week and I’m no closer to getting my treadmill looked at, this is despite sending pictures and video.
The treadmill is leaking some form of oil and also stops during use, so is now to dangerous to use.
The machine cost around £2500, so I would expect far better service for such a premium product.
Faulty design
Bought a very expensive elliptical from NordicTrack 2 years ago. Put it together and found that the holes for the bolts that holds the centre column in place was already threaded and so has since been a wobbly paperweight ever since.
Complained numerous times over the last couple of years, and yet no one has ever gotten back to me. Absolutely avoid!
I want an engineer to come out and re-thread the bolt holes or you can come take it away and replace it because this is ridiculous... I will be complaining to the CEO if this isn't resolved soon.
Update 14/07/2025: my communication attempts have been previously through web chat shortly after getting the machine and also a year later, which I’m guessing there’s no record of.
As of about 2 weeks ago I raised a complaint on the web form, and it wasn’t possible to do this on your website a couple of years ago so had to go through customer service. Still nothing from the complaint.
Update 15/07/2025: still no sign of anyone contacting me. Appears communications with this company go into a black hole 🕳️

God awful. Avoid like the plague
God awful.
Avoid like the plague.
Bought a treadmill about 18 months ago.
You CANNOT use it without an internet connection. Without one all you have is an expensive brick.
They updated the software after about 6 months to a new system, and we were forced to use it. After we put up with the buggy mess that it was for a few months we found a way to revert to the previous software. Since doing so, we have to turn it off and on again practically every time we try to use it, because of software errors, and today we've tried to use it to find its stuck on the load screen and no matter what we do we cannot get it to work.
The software is laggy, poorly designed and awful to use.
There are many, better alteratives to nordictrack on the market, and if you value your sanity and money go elsewhere.
I'd give these 0 stars, but trustpilot wont let me, so they can get the minimum of 1.
Update: it’s not been too long since this review. In the mean time, the treadmills console has proceeded to completely break.
Now all we have is a black screen, am unable to use the treadmill and effectively have a £2000 brick.
Again, I would strongly recommend avoiding nordictrack as much as humanly possible

Delivery was great!
I’m enjoying the treadmill especially with IFIT! I like that I can fold it to take up less space.

Brilliant rower
Brilliant rower, smooth, stable and I find the seat very comfortable. The foot rests are amazing comfortable and very easy to adjust. The TV screen is clear bright and easy to use with many great features. The ifit is what let's it down somewhat, the classes are very good and instructors amazing, the down sides are however the search engine is horrendous, if you set your own row you are limited to what you can set up for example my favourite time is Kevin Scott's tabita row which you can't replicate and the screen for your own row is just a 400 meter running track, very poor and boring

The Tour De France bike is an amazing bit of kit and coupled to the wide ranging Ifit workouts it's enabled me to improve my bike fitness and make it interesting and informative at the same time

Solid machine but high subscription costs prevent full access
I thought that the buying process was easy, 0% interest made a big difference. Delivery was ok, i got a lot of emails about delivery and the delivery partner could have a better system. My delivery came in 3 different delivery days which was annoying. Treafmil, weights and then accessories. The delivery of the treadmill was fine and they took it to the room i asked.
Setup i needed help as i am visually impaired but it was pretty straightforward. It is a sturdy and heavy maching which is what i wanted. I am 6ft nearly 100kg and can run pretty fast sprints and the things is rock solid.
My only gripes are
Everything is all tocuh and has not other ways of increasing or decreasing speed. I cant see the controls properly so on the cross bar i have had to put little rubber things to make it tactile so i know where to push.
The screen has too much content to see at once. Again this is only an issue for visually impaired people.
The cost of the IFIT subscription is high and the frustrating thing is without it i cant even use third party apps, Additionally, the amount of apps i saw furing my free trual as limited and i could find things like BBC or Sky news. If you dont pay the high subscrition you can only use the running track mode. I dont expect access to created content but i do expect access to other apps. After paying about £3k for this i would expect a longer complimentary eubscription or more access to 3rd party apps.
I really wish there was a high contrast mode which would help people like me.
Nordictrack products are very poor…
Nordictrack products are very poor quality. My experience of ordering, customer service and delivery of a disappointing product has made me want to warn others to avoid Nordictrack purchases and look elsewhere.
