I absolutely love my Nordic bike
I absolutely love my Nordic bike, I bet travel all over the world from the comfort of my gym. The bike does it all for you, I just keep cycling. There are so many different options and the iFIT instructors are so positive and keep me focused. I have gone from hardly doing any exercise to cycling every single day.
Very impressed with the equipment
Very impressed with the equipment
However, the only issue is syncing to a phone iPad is frustrating
Unacceptable CD
I’ve had a treadmill delivered a week ago and it doesn’t even switch on. Got in contact with customer service in the uk that escalate the case to the US, due to time difference there’s no daily response time just to trouble shoot. 7 days for trouble shooting for supposed premium items is not good enough. If you want to sell items in the UK then do better. EMBARRASSING !!
Generally great experience
Generally great experience. Arrived in time, was handled with care.
My only gripe is the machine is a bit noisy/rattles on use although it is tightly fastened.
Commercial 2450 treadmill, X24 bike
Got the Commercial 2450 treadmill and the X24 bike bundle. They were both easy to assemble, but 2 people required for treadmill. Also got the ifit subscription. Have used the equipment every day and they have exceeded my expectations by some margin. I love the instructors and the incline that follows the terrain.
Avoid Nordictrack with ifit software...
If you have a nordictrack thats running ifit software (i.e. a treadmill). disconnect it from wifi immediately if its running ifit software as ifit are notorious for pushing dodgy firmware updates that will eventually brick and render the machine junk. Its common to happen once machine it out of warranty and they will claim parts etc no longer available (our £1000 treadmill was only 5 years old), now its dead and destined for the dump!
COMMERCIAL 2450 TREADMILL
Pros
Running deck is fantastic
Cons
Screen can be unresponsive
Glare on screen
Can take up to 3 minutes to load software and sometimes hangs requiring a power off/on
8 month still on my subscription and already getting a popup on screen about renewing. I am UK based but the renewal offer is in $
Can't create customer workouts
No way to link to other apps like Runna
ActivePulse response is to slow
Great bike
Item came fast and was well packaged, so far providing excellent selection of workouts.
Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere
I have bought three different pieces of equipment from Nordictrack spending over £6,000 in the process. The first treadmill had repeated issues with the decking and was replaced under warranty. That replacement machine lasted another year and then the screen went out rendering the entire machine unusable. I did (perhaps foolishly) buy a replacement treadmill that upon installation was told by the installer may not be the most robust machine but it’s still working after 9 months. With all of its squeaks and groans I feel though as that I am running on a faberge egg that can break down at any time.
Fast forward to today and I can’t log in to my iFIT account. I think there’s a cloud service provider issue. OK fine that’s not Nordictrack’s direct fault but why are you locking my £2,400 treadmill down with a PIN code that prevents me from using it at all? I have the morning available for a workout and can’t even manually use my expensive equipment? Stop doing this needless locking down of equipment to force people to buy your subscriptions. It’s not customer centric and is just corporate greed.
This is a buyer beware of this company…
I want this to be an informative fair review for other potential customers of Nordic Track in order that they consider investment carefully firstly before reading my review take some time to read the numerous 1 star reviews on this site and also read further into Nordic Track Replies it will give you insight into the company ethos on customer support when you consider your warranty. To give an example if Apple and octopus energy are bench mark 10 stars for top for customer service Nordic track would be the bench mark for 1 star.
22/02/2021 I purchased a commercial treadmill I was impressed by the website and companies claim that motors will last 10 years with standard warranty and extended warranty on frame and motor.
Oct 2021 the machine developed a fault with the incline Nordic track acknowledged the machine was registered and warranty existed as a repair was not carried out in fairness it was covid and refund was offered. In end I kept the machine and managed to resolve the issue which was an electrical issue
In June 2024 I contacted company regarding broken deck board I was informed that this part not covered by warranty which in fairness is clear
However I managed to have the deck board replaced by a company which does the warranty work for Nordic track cost £500 the engineer said that the motor was also likely to go soon and is covered by 10 year warranty as advertised on company website advised to contact Nordic Track.
I contacted Nordic Track and this is really where I realised how clever this company is in order to avoid the numerous warranty claims customers must register for extended warranty this is in terms in conditions that comes with the machine I did do this however company claims it has no record of it! why would Nordic track make such procedure well these parts are expensive and according numerous websites blogs and reviews Nordic track parts are prone to failure well before the warranty period.
I argued my case demonstrating receipts order numbers previous warranty claim however the company was clever to say motor requires further registration for extended warranty!
They then said that I had a replacement machine under previous warranty claim therefore was not elgible for further warranty claim demonstrating how bad there records actually are this was just complete and utter LIE!
After providing further evidence Nordic track customer service came back again to say that it was my fault as when I enquired about the deck board the serial number provided had resulted in the their system updating to show a replacement machine they didnt ask at the time if I had written the number down correctly.
The company point blankly refused to honour the warranty stating that it was not registered on the system I remember completing it and sending it in my address details and email account details are on nordic track website
The company ended with not going to assist you any further with warranty claims however please send a photo serial number so we can update our records!
Most companies would say well we have seriel number and receipt and immediately give you the service not Nordic track the warranty process has been designed in order to ensure most customers will never be able to claim and if you complete paperwork they just claim you don't have it.
I expect the reply here from Nordic track will be the standard one it is clear in terms and conditions you must register in paperwork don't hesitate to reach out to us if we can help only to not provide any help what so ever when you do need help with apparent parts under warranty the warranty information is Dispatched with machine a great get clause for nordic track the machine clearly was made by them and purchased from them however hundreds of people are effectively being short changed by Nordic track what if you do register where do these details go as I completed the process the company said no record however it is clear from correspondence that they thought my machine had been replaced under warranty how reliable are the records not very after correspondence received form them. People can make up there on mine however this a company I will never do business with I am actually speaking to consumer advise the whole attitude of the company and the way they trick people left a sour taste in my mouth.
X24 bike - 3 months in, no issues at all
Really like the X24 bike, I've had it for over 3 months now and use it 3 times a week. I've had no issues with the bike at all, nor accessing all the classes I want to do. Buying it was easy and there was great communication between purchase and delivery. The boxes are HEAVY and there was a lot of recycling to be done. Everything was well package and nothing was damaged.
I did feel the assembly instructions the bike came with were a bit on the scarce side - Thankfully a lot of people have made videos on YouTube about how to assemble the X24 and that really helped. It took us under an hour to assemble the bike - you could do it on your own but I was grateful to have my Husband to help.
Really like the bike - it seems to be well built and I've had no issues, love the classes and the variety of content.
Happy customer
Very easy transaction with Nordictrack and clear communication during the whole process. The bike is great and the iFit system is very functional and easy to use.

Exercise Bike
Very easy to set up. The IFit trainers make the numerous exercises more enjoyable. Only issue for me personally is tahtbI find the seat a little bit to hard, but there are aftermarket covers you can buy.

Life changing when it comes to become more active. Enjoyable trail rides and spin classes give many options to ride easily with varied difficulties so caters to all riders. Occasionally, the auto set climb function doesn’t respond when trainer sets the climb during spin classes.
Purchased the Nordictrack Commercial…
Purchased the Nordictrack Commercial 2450 treadmill 3 months ago. Relatively simple to set up but is a 2-person job. The large screen is fantastic. The incline and speeds on the machine are very good. The machine does stop very quickly when ending a workout. The experience is improved by having an iFIT membership. I would highly recommend this machine for both new and experienced runners.

DO NOT BUY THEIRE PRODUCTS
Purchased a treadmill 18 months ago for £1300.00
Stopped working 1 month ago and they have refused too fix it "ITS 18 MONTHS OLD"
Common problem with the screen going blank and not able to reboot
They quoted over £400 to come out and fix however doing some home work they have quoted for the incorrect Part.
The mother board needs fully replacing and is alone over £400.00
I even gave them the opportunity to offer goodwill Ie they pay for the Parts we would cover the call out and fitting, they also declined this.
Ive worked within retail for over 40 years and in all the time i have this has got to be my worst experience
My advice is do not buy their products they are poor quality with common faults
Misleading Warranty
Misleading Warranty—Avoid if You Expect Support
I purchased the NordicTrack X32i treadmill with the expectation that the warranty would offer peace of mind. Unfortunately, it’s proven to be worthless. Just over two years in, the machine stopped working—and despite being kept in a heated garage on a mat, NordicTrack refused to honour the warranty.
Their list of “inappropriate locations” is absurdly long and vague. It includes garages, conservatories, outbuildings, and then adds the catch-all phrase “not limited to”, which essentially gives them free rein to deny coverage wherever they choose. If you're thinking of buying from this company with the reassurance of a warranty, think again. It’s not worth the paper it’s written on.
For the price of this equipment, I expected better. Disappointed doesn’t even begin to cover it.
Fantastic bike with great incline/decline feature
My partner and I have been using the NordicTrack X24 Studio Bike every day, and we’re really enjoying it. The incline/decline feature makes rides feel more fun and interactive compared to a standard exercise bike. The variety of iFit rides is excellent too, from scenic routes to studio workouts, so we never get bored.
One thing worth noting is that the bike is very heavy, especially with the large screen. It’s definitely a two-person job to assemble and move it around. Once it’s in place, though, it’s rock-solid and feels really stable.
Overall, it’s been a fantastic addition to our routine and we look forward to riding it each day. Highly recommend!
