Great experience
I had a great experience with the customer service team. They responded very quickly and were extremely helpful in resolving a small issue I had. The communication was clear, friendly, and professional throughout, which made the whole process very easy.
It’s always reassuring to deal with a company that genuinely cares about helping their customers. I really appreciate the quick response and the excellent support I received. Thank you again for the fantastic service!

I bought a NordickTrack 2450 love…
I bought a NordickTrack 2450 love everything about my new treadmill. The iFIT experience is amazing really helps spur you on. From start to finish the team were so helpful and only a phone call away, the delivery team were great and helpful. I would definitely recommend NordicTrack the treadmill and the service is 5 star.

NordicT10 very poor service
NordicT10. Bought as it had a higher incline and speed. The unit is decent, no issues running 25k on it and sturdy enough. If you have used commercial Gym treadmills, this is not anywhere near the same quality. If you don’t subscribe to ifit, there is very little you can do with the display, not an issue for me as I use my Garmin instead. However, I noticed that the machine had a slight angle to it, and I was unable to locate any adjusters to the feet, contacted Nordic, horrendous, responses were there’s no mat, need a mat, it’s on carpet, it’s okay it’s the same as the one we have in the office, then when I questioned the responses, I was then told, don’t worry it will bed in. I’ve not had any further responses to my request for further information. I Probably would not recommend Nordic based on the aftercare

The IFIT package is great
The IFIT package which works on all our equipment is a great motivator and gives really excellent advice during the park outs we have used as a family.

Nordictrack X24 Treadmill.
Nordictrack X24 Treadmill.
I purchased the X24 treadmill. It broke upon using it for the second time - the main motor and and electrical board blew whilst using one of the apps on a high incline setting. It took 5 weeks to repair, ruining my preparation for an event. Now just under 3 months on and it has failed once again - the motor blew up whilst on a high incline program for the second time. This appears to be a fundamental issue with this model as the hardware is obviously not able to cope with the machines intended use. I am told that there are no upgraded parts available to resolve this issue and suspect this will be an ongoing problem. I suspect another 5 week wait, once again effecting my training for an upcoming event. I am not one to ever write bad feedback but this is an exception - I'm very disappointed with the machine after previously owning a Life fitness machine for 10 years with no issues at all.

Do not buy
Do not buy - the metal frame on my running machine snapped in two a little under two years of buying it. Really shoddy workmanship as it was just poorly welded. And, despite, this they still will not replace it. Very poor customer service and product, I am sorry to say.

Hardly any technical support in UK
Bought a Nordic Track treadmill 4 years ago - when it worked it was great. However, now it has an issue, possibly electrical, who knows and I find Nordic Track have literally 3 approved engineers in the whole of the UK - none of which are based anywhere near me. So now I am stuck with a huge lump of a useless treadmill that cost me thousands...not impressed

I bought a Treadmill 2450 in the name is Professional.
The quality of the elements is very inaccurate. Large gaps between elements
Apps like Netflix, Spotify and others that are installed there only work as you pay extra for SUBSCRIPTION iFit!!!
iFit subscription cost £35 per mouth!
If you don't buy a subscription iFit, all apps NOT WORKING
Works very loudly
The fan is very loud
The switch on/off is at the front at the bottom of the treadmill. Big problem every time with turning it on and off. No on or off using the screen.
The worst treadmill I've ever had. I bought it before Christmas and only submitted it after 2 months, so I can not give it back.
Without using IFIT, the subscription is a simple treadmill that can be purchased for £500. I decided to focus mainly for additional applications and that it is a professional treadmill. Unfortunately, the quality of workmanship and unsubscribed this treadmill is not worth buying!

Not very impressive, iFit limits use of the screen
Purchased the Nordictrack t9.5. I expected better. The treadmill jerks to a start or a stop (unlike my previous Nautilus which was always very smooth). The worst thing is the iFit . It’s a large screen and you’d like to think there are some free of charge runs included, however slowly but surely iFit/Nordictrack have moved everything behind the paywall with successive ‘software upgrades’. Wish I’d gone for an alternative.

£3500 in the skip after just 3 years. Disgraceful!
Had the 2950 flagship treadmill for three years. The motor needed replacing under warranty in the first couple of years but then console went a year or so later. Nordic track discontinued the consoles and offered zero support. A £3000+ top of the range home treadmill ended up in the skip after just 3 years. I would never buy from Nordictrack again.
Treadmill
Great bit of kit, enjoy using this weekly and my partner is on it more than me.
We had a part failure at the beginning, but nothing was too much trouble and the customer service team supported us and got the new part with us quickly.

DO NOT BUY - Paid £454 to return mine
Where do I start?! I purchased the X16 '3 in 1' machine as a replacement for my old proform elliptical but it is completely useless - useless to the extent that I am returning the machine (within 14 days of purchase) and paying £454 in return fees.
The machine is not '3 in 1', and in my opinion the claim that it is, is false advertising. There is no functionality to change between the supposed uses as a Walker, Treadmill and Elliptical - the foot swings simply have no control or 'settings' to change between, but you can alter your stride manually yourself, which is actually quite dangerous and strenuous on the knee joints.
I have never seen a treadmill where you need to hold on to handles (that have no resistance for an upper body workout by the way) but it is impossible to use without them. Even if you overlook that, the stride length is nowhere near long enough on the machine to be able to 'run'.
As an 'elliptical' the lack of resistance in the handles make it completely unsuitable and not having a fixed stride length make it extremely uncomfortable.
Maybe the sole purpose of this machine is as a 'stepper' - but the lack of control in the foot pedals makes even this use extremely awkward. Also, the iFit programme's do not work with this machine. They are clearly designed for treadmills where they may (I hope) control the speed of the machine. On the X16 all it does is randomly increase or decrease the gradient which does absolutely nothing for you.
Also the functionality on iFit to design your own map/route is again completely underwhelming. I was imagining having video footage of the area while running so you could imagine being there, but no, all you get is still photos from the google camera car that change every 10 seconds (why not show this in your promotional videos if it's a function you are proud of?).
I had hoped and expected that my machine was faulty but when raising the issues with customer service (they initially ignored my emails until I raised a dispute through PayPal), they were accepting of them and simply told me I needed to pay a £162 collection fee and a £292 'fine' to return the item. They advised me to, and I quote, "consider the other options available to you (such as privately selling on the machine)" which I couldn't bring myself to do considering the faults mentioned above so I am swallowing the £454 to get rid of the machine!
I did some research before purchasing the machine but the only reviews I could find anywhere were 'paid promotions' Of course these all seemed to give quite good reviews as the reviewers are getting a free machine to make a moneymaking video review of and gain further free products from Nordic in the future.
Do not be fooled into making the same mistake I did and purchasing this machine (and do extensive research if considering any other Nordic machines).

Two Week Old Nordictrack treadmill already broken
We purchased a brand new high end Nordictrack in Spain. It was delivered two weeks ago. Today the rolling surface curled up on itself. We are unable to use it. We opened a ticket at the retailer. He says it will take three weeks for someone to repair it. I wanted it replaced but they wouldn’t do it. Purchased at El Corte Inglés on Oct 20, 2025, delivered early November. If it takes 3 weeks I don’t recommend buying a Nordictrack. Clearly they have manufacturing problems.
A good comfortable machine to use the…
A good comfortable machine to use the ifit is good but very glitchy and the search engine is garbage, although the machine is well built and sturdy my foot hold has broken (not a shock being plastic) but is really bad is the fact it took customer services a week to work out which part it was from numerous photo, clearly have no clue on the products they are advising about. And that my original warranty claim was sent on November 8th and still nothing has been sent or replaced. On this I would advise anyone wanting to purchase a machine please use another company that is not as incompetent as Nordictrack
Quality equipment that comes into it's own coupled with iFit
I recently bought the Rower RW900 and the NTX24 Cycle. Whilst slightly more expensive than others, you pay for what you get. The whole purchase experience was seamless, paying extra for the building of the two items. It took a while so glad that I did!
The quality of the equipment is first class... Solid and with the iFit interaction works extremely well and provides an overall fitness experience. I actually use iFit & Apple fitness with both machines that works really well. I wouldn't hesitate in buying Nordictrack equipment with the X24 treadmill next on my wishlist...

Console stopped working after about 15…
Console stopped working after about 15 months on a brand new Treadmill, paid £1200 direct from Nordictrack themselves. Can't get any parts as it is now obsolete, was advised to look on Ebay for second hand ones by customer service. Their complaints department is a joke , basically saying sorry but it's over a year old and out of warranty. So would definitely recommend you look elsewhere. Absolute piece of crap.
DO NOT PURCHASE EQUIPMENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
Purchased the X24 bike with high hopes - had previously had an Eliptical from them which I had had for 10 years, without an issue. 3 months in, all the metrics went - no calibration, incline - nothing! Going online to research issue told me that I would need to start unscrewing parts of the bike to access the bit that might be at fault. I am a 60 year old lass who lives alone & my eyesight isn’t the best, apart from the fact that on such a premium bike such an issue should not be occurring 3 months in, I am not about to start taking my bike apart!
On contacting Norditrack, initially they really tried to push me to self- repair. When I pointed out that unless they sent an engineer out asap, I would be returning the bike for a full refund, suddenly a REQUEST for an engineer appointment was submitted. Now I am told not only do I have to wait for anything up to 7-10 days before one even gets in touch with me but that they do not give out allotted times - I will have to take a full day off work to wait in for one!
I had purchased this bike to help my mental health - I desperately needed to loose weight & get fitter . In those 3 months I had the bike I had started to get into a routine & to understand how the bike & Ifit worked. I now cannot use it at all, so I am back to square one! This is totally unacceptable Norditrack!! For the money paid out on a premium bike your customer support service is unacceptable!!!
So I am now in limbo waiting for an engineer to contact me & my lovely bike, & my fitness journey, plus my self esteem, are all stuck!
DISGUSTED!!!!
ETA
After waiting for over a week (now not been able to use bike for nearly 3 weeks), I called Norditrack to find out when I could expect to see an engineer. Spoke to a person called ‘Mike’ who informed me that it would take over 2 weeks before the necessary ‘parts’ would arrive and the Engineer would contact me only then to book an appointment (one, remember that I would have wait in all day for, since they don’t give out allotted slots!). So that would mean by that time my recently purchased £2k bike would have been unusable for over 6 weeks!
I then told him this was totally unacceptable & that I wanted to speak to a Supervisor. I was told in no uncertain terms that that wasnt allowed! I then informed Mike that as per my guarantee, I wanted to him to organise collection of my bike for a full refund. I was also informed that he couldn’t do that but instead would send me an email containing a link to their complaints department!!
Norditrack this is not over! Looking back at previous reviews, it is clear that the company is not fit for purpose. Also clear is the lack of response to the customers on here with real grievances from them.
Please if you are reading this and have had a similar experience can you get in touch with me. I am determined to get justice & and fair recompense to all they have swindled!
So here we are in December and I still have a bike that doesn’t work. After taking advice from CAB (& Chat GPT) it became instantly apparent that IFit/Norditrack are working completely outside of the law. The demand that YOU have to wait in for an unspecified appointment, along with the long wait for parts is contrary to the Consumer Rights Act 2015. After emailing (sending a letter to their complaints department) warning them of this plus the fact that unless they now come and collect the bike and give me a full refund, I would take the matter further and would contact my Bank for a ‘Chargeback’. I then shockingly received an email that, although stated, they would refund me, then went on to basically make it as difficult as possible for me to return the bike - I would have dis-assemble it, it would have to be returned in the original packaging (hilarious considering I PAID to have it assembled in my first floor bedroom plus the packaging removed!). If I couldnt do that I would have to move it down to a first floor room for collection (quick reminder for the reader here, I am a 63 yr old lass who lives alone!). If I did none of these and the collection failed, I would then be charged £50!
These guys are complete and utter crooks!
Norditrack to treat your customers who pay top dollar for a (supposedly) top of the range bike like this is completely and utterly shocking!!
After receiving this email, I had a chat with the bank, resulting in me a couple of days later receiving the full amount of the bike back. Another chat with CAB/Chat GPT also resulted in an email informing Norditrack that as I have now received a full refund from the bank the onus is on them to come and pick the bike up. An email has gone out to them informing them of this and as things stand today, am awaiting their response. I am desperately hoping my review will stop others from purchasing from this awful company!
