Regarding Shelly Here is the complement I gave her and iFit/Icon re the resolution of my request:
Shelly:
"Happy new year to you and yours! I'm sooo sorry for the delay in my response to your terrific and generous resolution to my FS 14!!!! I am thrilled to accept your are offering a free warranty replacement the new X16 (NTEL71625)"
Shelly was professional with straight forward communication-- The turnaround time (TAT) was phenomenal especially during the holydays-- Shelly is terrific asset to your organization - I can't complement her and IFit enough-
David the Tech that came my house to trouble shot was also terrific as was Melinda in Shelly's department-
thanks for the opportunity to give feedback

I recently had an issue with my NordicTrack treadmill that left me feeling completely overwhelmed. What started as desperation and frustration turned into overwhelming satisfaction thanks to Shelly’s exceptional support. She took the time to ensure my case was thoroughly and fairly reviewed, and it truly showed.
My confidence in NordicTrack has been fully restored, and I’m now recommending them to anyone looking for excellent home workout equipment. Shelly and the team went above and beyond. You guys are great—thank you!

Horrible, awful company. Buy a $2000 top of the line treadmill, but it's only top of the line if you still spend $400+ per year to subscribe to ifit. Once you let that expire, it has less features than a $500 treadmill.
This company will never get another penny from me for as long as I live, please DO NOT BUY.

I ordered a rower and treadmill on November 27 as a Christmas gift for my wife. What followed was one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had with a so-called premium brand.
The rower arrived mid-December without issue. The treadmill did not.
The treadmill delivery was scheduled twice and missed twice — no delivery, no email, no phone call, no explanation. Both times I had to call them to ask what happened.
After the second missed delivery, I was told it would arrive the next day. When it finally did show up, delivered by AMJ Campbell, the box was completely destroyed and the right-hand base of the treadmill was shattered. It was clearly damaged in transit and completely unusable.
Returning it was another ordeal. It took seven days for them to retrieve it, and the delivery crew would not take the packaging, only the broken unit itself.
Since then, I’ve spent two weeks trying to upgrade the replacement to white-glove delivery to avoid another disaster. I’ve made 10 phone calls and sent 4 emails. Every call ends the same way: “We’ll have the tracking department call you back.”
They never do.
Customer service is polite but functionally useless — they have no authority, no visibility, and no ability to resolve anything.
It is now January 5. We missed Christmas. I’m told the replacement is “scheduled for tomorrow,” but based on past performance, I have zero confidence that it will actually arrive — or arrive intact.
This is not a logistics hiccup. This is systemic failure:
No proactive communication
Missed deliveries with no notice
Damaged product on first arrival
Glacial return process
A customer service model that cannot actually help
For a company that markets itself as a premium fitness brand, this experience has been shockingly unprofessional.
I expected premium service. I got radio silence, broken equipment, and weeks of wasted time.
Do better.

We purchased a NordicTrack treadmill in November. It is now January 2025 and We still havent been able.tomuse it because the customer service is terrible. After a very tedious assembly process (had to find a customer assembly video on YouTube because the video link provided in the manual is useless!) We were near the end and a wire that should have been connected on the "inside" of the console was missing. After about 5 calls (each at least 45 mins of my time because the wait is so long) I still do not have what I need to complete the assembly. And the technicians they schedule ghost you when you try to connect with them to get service scheduled.
My suggestion to NordicTrack-- invest in resources to revamp your post sales and customer experience teams. If you dont, you will end up going out of business. If your product is overall good but yoir customer service is terrible, no one will want to deal with that...so they will.move on to the next product.

We bought the Nordic Track Commercial 1750 and it has been a disaster from day one. Constantly shutting down while you are mid run - I called support who were franky just rude, unhelpful and unwilling to even listen due to the fact I bought the treadmill as new from eBay. Worse still, I had a treadmill technician fix the motherboard only for the motor to die the following week due to a dead motor.
The quality of this running machine is absolutely atrocious - it's cheap Chinese rubbish. Once you open it up you realise that this is not a serious running machine.. The fans are extremely noisy, the machine itself squeaks everywhere and the IFit software (recently updated) is probably the only saving grace.
Nordictrack should be ashamed of themsleves for A) Producing such poor quality products at such high prices and B) For following up with support that was frankly, insulting.
Companies like this cannot last long in this day and age. Avoid NordicTrak at all costs. It's simply rubbish.

Treadmill is okay, IFit is garbage.
This is probably the worst software someone can design, You can't do shit with the treadmill without the paid version of IFit, even custom workouts and upload to garmin / strava are behind the pay wall.

I’m extremely disappointed with NordicTrack’s service.
I purchased a bundle that cost me over $10,000 (the Rower + X24 treadmill bundle, and I also bought the large stepper model—if I’m not mistaken, the “900 / XL” version). The sales process was smooth, but everything after payment has been a mess.
First, delivery was careless and unacceptable. Two of the machines were delivered to the right address, but one of the deliveries was left near a dumpster hundreds of meters away from my house. Completely ridiculous.
Second, the after-sales support is basically nonexistent. I’ve tried calling at least 10 times to get an update. Yesterday I waited 45 minutes on the phone, and then the call dropped. No follow-up. No answers. Just getting bounced between departments with nobody taking ownership.
I was told the full delivery would take about two weeks. It’s now been almost a month and I still have not received my treadmill. The tracking in the app is useless—it only shows that a label/order was created, with no real shipment updates.
I almost never leave complaints, but this experience is unreal. I run businesses myself, and when something goes wrong, you fix it and communicate. NordicTrack has done neither. Right now, the service is a 0/5.
I’m posting this in the hope that someone from NordicTrack/iFIT actually sees it and contacts me to resolve this immediately.

Since having this treadmill I have had to do numerous resets to get it to go back to the main screen. Now the screen won't reset and I have to purchase a new console through their customer service number for $300. If you don't pay for the Ifit membership it takes 5 clicks to get to manual mode. I am a runner and have gotten very little true running in because of these issues. Customer service is not super helpful.

Placed the order through Nordictrack.com. If not delivered by 12/25 they will give $100 back. The deliver 2-person team came on 12/22 with the machine and told me they have to reschedule because they need a third person to move it to the basement. I did tell them it is basement before they came.
I called to cancel on 12/26,27,28. Waiting 60 min each day on the phone and gave up. I waited 70min on 12/29 and they told me I will be charged $250 PLUS 10% restocking fee.
I finally cancelled it by paying $500 tuition and 5-hour time.

I have never been disappointed by Nordic Track treadmills and would highly recommend purchasing an extended warranty. That’s not to say you will need it, but if you do it is more than worth the cost. Beyond that though, the customer service Shelly provided when it turned out I needed a full replacement because of an electronic malfunction was well beyond any expectation I could have imagined. Every single detail was taken care of for me – I only had to choose a delivery date and the new treadmill arrived exactly as promised. Even the delivery service was excellent. I can’t thank Shelly enough for everything she did for me. If I could give 10 stars for customer service I would!
Spam emails constantly - unsubscribed 10 times. 6 months later thinking if filing a complaint with the ICO.
The rowing machine would have got 2 stars, their are better for the price but the constant email spam is just annoying.

I purchased a Nordic Track treadmill 5 years ago. Nordic Track has a 10 year manufactures warranty on their frames, which mine had cracked. I have gotten the run around with customer service guaranteeing their warranty on cracked frames going on several weeks now of calling and getting my pictures, model number, serial number, and receipts submitted. They say I will hear from someone in 7 to 10 days and I never hear anything. I call back and a new representative from another country answers and says I am missing pictures, serial number, receipts etc. I re-submit and again I will hear from someone in 7 to 10 days about my claim. I hear nothing and call back. Again something is missing that they need and my form was not submitted or denied. This is a MANUFACTURES WARRANTY with several pictures of the cracked frame. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and nothing but repetitive questions on things I have already submitted and or someone saying "thank you for your patience ma'am." It seems to me that Nordic Track does NOT stand by their warranty's and for this reason I will never purchase a Nordic Track again and will continue to let people know of this horrible experience. I have also contacted Dicks sporting goods and advised them of Nordic Tracks lack of integrity with their products and customers and NOT sell Nordic Track equipment any longer.

NordicTrack representatives are so helpful and specifically Miriam Alberto who helped me resolve all my issues regarding my machine. Right now, I have a machine that is working to my satisfaction and needs.

You have to have their software to even use it. So if your internet connection goes out or Ifit goes out of business, you cannot use the treadmill. No manual use at all. Nordictrak is no more.

5 stars goes to my service representative Shelly….she was excellent to deal with. My machine was replaced under warranty and was delivered with no issues. The assembly on the new machine was much easier than previous treadmills. I just enjoyed my first on many runs on my C1750.
I have a NordicTrack Recumbent Bike I purchased in 2021. Within the first year I complained about how noisy the fan was. In response they sent me an entire replacement console for which I had to find and pay someone to install. I recently noticed that there was slippage while pedalling so I looked in the manual and found in the trouble shooting section an instruction on how to adjust the drive belt. It's merely a 5/8" nut but you have to turn the machine on its side for access. There was even (as it turns out very rudimentary) diagram. It seemed fairly straightforward but when I got the bike on its side I discovered that the nut was in a recess on a very long bolt. I tried using a long extension but it couldn't reach the nut. I called customer service and reached someone fairly quickly. The first problem was that, notwithstanding the fact that I had been a registered user of NordicTrack products for over a decade, the CSR couldn't find any record of me.
The second problem was, after I explained the issue, ultimately the only advice I received when I got the CSR to recognize the problem was to pay about $300.00 for a technician to come to my house and spend a minute or so to turn the nut one eighth of an inch or so even though, according to the manual, it was, supposedly, a user adjustment.
The CSR did not seem to be familiar with the equipment. I now think that the problem is a manufacturing defect in that the way the adjustment device has been installed it is completely inaccessible to any tool.
I won't be pursuing this any further and will just write it off as a bad experience.

After about 8 months we started having some of the finish come off on the rails and they sent out a tech to repair. There end up being a problem with the repair so they sent a brand new rower which was a slight upgrade from our original and restarted our warranty. We got much better warranty service than I was expecting.
This is my 3rd nordictrack treadmill up until now loved them. I got the T series from their website so disappointed, nordictrack has never let me down on equipment. Sometimes the touch screen lets me adjust the speed and incline sometimes not. I find the touch screen in all aspects slow and sometimes not accurate
