Initial Rep Ana refused to add the free month of Ifit I was entitled to. There was a long delay in bike delivery, so I was paying for a sub I couldnt use. She claimed she couldnt do anything and... See more

Shelly was very helpful in resolving an issue I’d been dealing with for 5 months.
She responded promptly and gave me options for resolving the issue.
Product works fine for me, but be aware : You are forced into a 40$/month subscription even for a basic usage of your threadmill. There is no way to even program a time limit or a set speed without it : you have to do everything manually, which feels like it's 1995.
In the end, I would have been better off with a more expensive model at a competitor, but one that gives me full access to programmation without an additionnal 500$ a year to do so.

Delivered a completely defective bike (€2,000 NordicTrack X24) — incline motor, resistance and stats all non-functional out of the box. NordicTrack confirmed the return in writing but sent a courier without the necessary equipment to collect from the 5th floor. Courier refused to take it. Since then complete silence — multiple emails ignored, two deadlines missed. The bike has been sitting unusable in my apartment for weeks. Had to open a Klarna buyer protection case just to get any response. Absolutely unacceptable for a product and company at this price point.

Avoid NordicTrack.
We purchased a top-end treadmill for around €4,000, and the experience has been nothing short of unacceptable. Both the treadmill and our NordicTrack bike suffer from persistent software failures. The screens crash constantly, forcing repeated restarts, making the equipment unreliable and frustrating to use.
When the issues began, we tried contacting customer service via phone and email and got nowhere. No response, no support. We were left with no choice but to pay for an independent technician ourselves, who confirmed the problem was a faulty screen that needed replacing.
After finally reaching NordicTrack, we were told they do not sell replacement screens unless the machine is still under warranty. Ours had expired just three months earlier. Their solution? Buy an entirely new machine.
This is not just poor service, it’s a deliberate and unacceptable policy. Expecting customers to replace a €4,000 machine over a faulty screen, rather than offering a reasonable repair option, feels like a complete rip-off.
These software issues are widely reported, yet NordicTrack continues to sell expensive equipment with weak support and a post-warranty policy that leaves customers stranded.
We have since replaced the treadmill with a Technogym machine, and the difference is night and day in terms of quality, reliability, and overall experience. Going from NordicTrack to Technogym genuinely feels like stepping from a budget product into a premium one.
In short: expensive machines, unreliable software, non-existent customer service, and a policy that forces unnecessary repurchases.
I would strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere

Shelli was quick and responsive and I received my replacement machine very quickly!
You can’t access netflix on the screen unless you pay £34 per month (on top of the Netflix subscription you already pay!) absolute con.
Machine also feels flimsy, buttons aren’t sensitive you have to really push down on them.
Overpriced for what you get.

Sales rep Jonah Gutierrez was extremely helpful throughout the process of purchasing my treadmill and extending my ifit subscription. He provides quick and detailed responses and even called me on the phone to check in on me. Very thankful I had him.
The iFIT team member was very prompt in responding to my questions and inquiries. I was originally thinking it will take over a month to receive the replacement treadmill. In reality, it was delivered within 7-10 days which makes me very appreciative of their services. And the shipment arrived in good condition except a small damaged to the shipment box due to its weight which is understandable.
Overall, I am extremely happy with their services.
The Nordictrack RW600. The equipment was made to break like most of these other companies, the screen has no switches, you depend on a sensor that is inside of the flywheel, they are attempting to get more money, by expecting you to have them fix it. Or just buy another piece of equipment. It folds with the power cord facing the direction the machine must move in order to fold it, causing shortages or potentially breaking the power supply insert. I haven't tried customer service yet. This alone speaks volumes to me. Do not support this company. They're not in it for their customers.

I bought A Nordic Track T series treadmill delivered in January of this year. Since the start the incline feature hasn’t been working properly in spite of numerous attempts at re calibration. It’s stuck at max incline even though it’s showing 0% and the manual incline button doesn’t work. It has today started to make a noise as though the incline motor is trying to work but it’s missing a connection if that makes sense. So we ahve turned it off. The most annoying part is that we bought in good faith based on reputation and reliability and we live in Antigua in the Caribbean so shipping it here was super expensive and there’s no support available. If Nordic Track cared about their customers they would replace the treadmill with one that works.

Chris was very informative and was able to get me a better deal than expected. This is my second equipment order. I have the bicycle and I am very pleased with my equipment.
The Sales Person, ANA, completely lied to be about the treadmills being rated for light commercial use. The user manual specifically states not to be used in a commercial setting. I specifically stated they need to be used in a private gym and she ensured all treadmills were commercially rated. Of course I have immediate issues, when the tech comes by he told me they are at home treadmills and will maybe last 6 months in my facility. They trip the breaker everyday and now I have a treadmill issue after a sales person lied to me. When I contacted ANA she told me they are commercially equivalent, funny those aren't the words she used the 1st time. She lied to make a sale after I specifically told her what I needed. I obviously would not have ordered for my facility if she didn't ensure that these treadmills could do the job. She flat out lied and the character of these sales people is an issue at this company.

Have had to replace the motor more than once and because it was bought from 3rd party(Dicks Sporting Goods) new in box Nordic’s Track says it only has a 2 year warranty. When purchased direct thru them its lifetime for the motor. You have to fight with them to try and get anything covered under warranty. What a way to treat your customers. This will be the last Nordic Track treadmill that will be purchased. I could understand if it was purchased through a less expensive wholesale club but I paid the same price thru them as direct from manufacturer. They tried to have me it a new motor than after 20 mins on the phone they offered 50% off. I asked 5 times to speak to a supervisor and finally after on hold multiple times the rep said they will send me a new motor as a curtesy. Sorry sir I bought your product because of that warranty not because I wanted to deal with headaches which you have certainly caused.
When your machine breaks down and you need one today instead of waiting two weeks to order it, you shouldn’t have to go through so much crap because you went and spent your money on their product at one of their retailers.

My NordicTrack Elite 5700 (model 831.24934.4) is stuck in firmware upgrade (FTS) mode, even though the hardware is still functional and the console detects USB input.
NordicTrack support confirmed they no longer provide firmware, recovery tools, or any reprogramming options for this model, and ended the conversation without offering any solution.
This effectively renders a working piece of equipment unusable due solely to discontinued software support. There is no recovery path, no access to legacy firmware, and no documented solution for customers in this situation.
This raises serious concerns about long-term product support and lifecycle responsibility, especially when usability depends entirely on proprietary software. Buyers should be aware of the long-term risks.
I would still welcome any official recovery option or access to archived firmware if available.

worst experience ever! hardly used the bike then told it was the console and they would order a new one and have technician install. Then told can’t get the console and actually received an email telling us they would replace the bike. Then asked for pictures again. Only to now receive a phone call to say sorry we are doing nothing for you but would you like to speak to a sales rep and we can trade the bike in and purchase another one! Yikes I spoke to Pete, he said he was the supervisor but got absolutely no where except wasted more time! unbelievable don’t purchase one of these bikes!!!!

I had an issue with my S15i Studio Cycle and was pleased when I was informed I would be receiving a new console to resolve the infinite boot loop. Then I was informed that the console will not be arriving due to no stock which was upsetting. I then called back to see if anything else can be done and was very pleased to hear that they were replacing the entire unit since the screens were no longer being made for the older model. I have received the new unit and already got it set up.
