I love my Nordic Track. I train for marathons and I have issues with one of my knees. The Nordic Track provides more cushion to my run vs running on the road. The best part is the iFit, I run most of the Major Marathons on the treadmill multiple times prior to running them in person. Helps me better prepare . I have had mine for approximately 3 years and have had no issue with it. I use it several times a week.
Bike was delivered on time.
IFIT operating as it should.
Got exactly what I was hoping for.
I’m still trying to figure out how to get it in my house. I am grateful that the delivery company didn’t leave it in my driveway like they were going too, they put it in my garage. I was shocked the wouldn’t put the box in my front room. Told me you didn’t pay for that. I didn’t know about it. Shitty service.

Terrible customer service, scam artists. They sell you the product then it's almost impossible to reach them. My delivery was never completed because of how unprofessional they are. Now I have a treadmill that was loaded, reloaded,Sent to the warehouse where it sat for another 2 weeks because the delivery company wouldn't accommodate our working schedule nor answer the phone to reschedule. Norditrack customer service sends you to automated prompts unless your buying. Them when I decided to return my treadmill they wanted to charge me around $600 restocking and other fees when I NEVER Received my order!!!!! The audacity!!! Then after refusing to pay a dime they agreed to return 0 charge. But then I had to run after the credit card company to not take payments. Still getting messages for payments. NOT WORTH The Hassle!!!! Can't believe I was paying these ppl almost $4,000 for a treadmill.
Nordictrack X24 treadmill arrived 3 weeks ago... we love it. LOVE the incline decline feature and the iFit training. We already had the 27i bike as well and love it too now that we found a comfortable seat. The iFit training is great. We enjoy watching Netflix and Prime video ... would love to be able to access all of our streaming subscriptions on both the bike and the treadmill. PLEASE...NORDICTRACK... allow us to upload apps to our screens!!!
The treadmill is the best on the market. My wife has put over 15,000 miles on treadmills and this one is doing a great job. I had a problem getting it to work and they sent me a part in a day that fixed the issue. The incline is insane and I think only one other treadmill can do what this one does...

Ordering was easy, delivery date was changed once. After set up it was easy until it changed to demo mode which required a code to change which happened on a Saturday and customer service was closed until Monday morning. Customer service gave me the code and walked me through getting my program. I have had no issues since.
I have had a Nordic track for about five years. When my old one broke, I went to the website to see about replacing it. The sales person was super helpful and very knowledgeable about the new products that came out. They got me all set up and even transferred over my iFIT membership to the new machine! Treadmill itself works great! It is smooth and the incline goes up to a 15% with the speed at a 12% that’s fast enough to do hiking and an aggressive run.
This is our second nordictrack treadmill and we love it. We had it almost every day. We also love the ifit subscription…great programs, especially the trainer Tommy Rivs. I also love the ability to set up “live” mapped runs with actual elevations. We had a small issue with the treadmill sounding squeaky and it was very easy to set up a service call.
2450 “Commercial” Treadmill broke just outside of warranty period. Motor and motherboard both failed. Weak parts, terrible warranty and poor customer service.

Bought the rower and have been really enjoying it!! The Nordic track rep in sales was great, the delivery crew did an awesome job, and really enjoying the variety of ifit programs.
It was great, from the start Will Booth was exceptional to deal with and was very patient with my HSA payment. The delivery was also excellent they were in and out with trash removed in just under an hour.
Got the 2450 treadmill a little over a month ago, seems fine mechanically so far. But our ifit trial subscription expired and I learned we had to subscribe to ifit to watch Netflix. The whole point of getting the treadmill was to avoid expensive monthly fees! Would definitely not have bought this treadmill had I known that, and now have serious buyers' remorse. This is one of the few big purchases I've made without doing a bunch of research, just quickly looked at reviews, and I regret it. I don't plan to buy anything nordictrack again, it feels like a bait and switch.

Shelly was so helpful and thorough and explained everything so well
Here is what you should know before ordering a NordicTrack Commercial 1750. The machine does not operate as a normal treadmill unless you pay Ifit a 20-40$ per month (240-480$ per year) membership. Simple information, like your recent mileage, is not available on your display. Considering a purchase cost of 3000$, and an annual membership of 480$, your NordicTrack will cost you 5400$ (plus taxes) over a 5 year ownership.
My personal experience is also that the machine is noisy, needs adjustment out of the box to operate correctly. The quality I was looking for in my purchase is not there, especially at that price point. The software-as-a-service model seems to be prioritized over quality and user experience / features.
Also note that the review features have been removed on the website, as well as on the Facebook page. I hope this can be read before others make a purchase like I did, unaware of the subscription strategy held by Ifit and Nordic Track.
I would recommend trying out a different brand that offers basic features as part of the purchase price and that has no parent company interested in forcing a Saas model on non-business customers, through basic-feature locking.

I contacted NordicTrack Customer Care regarding an ongoing issue with my Commercial 2450 treadmill after cancelling my iFit subscription a few weeks ago. The console locks on a screensaver, forcing me to unplug and reboot the machine every single day just to access a manual workout.
The support call lasted 57 minutes and was confusing, inefficient, and ultimately created a very frustrating experience. At first, the rep confirmed I already had an account, then told me another one needed to be created in order to proceed with support. I was then asked to grant access to my phone’s camera so the representative could view my equipment menu to guide me in solving the issue, but what she was trying to do was never clearly explained in advance as well as not using the proper software terminology, so very confusing in trying to find a menu option that is clearly not available. I was repeatedly directed to tap a “Support” option that did not exist on my screen, then sent into Settings, where the representative still could not find what she was looking for. Power-cycling the machine three times during this step to locate the “Support” button did not resolve this.
During the call, I was instructed to restart the treadmill multiple times to complete a software update that never appeared to finish unless the machine was physically unplugged. This repeated failure was blamed on my home Wi-Fi, despite the fact that we have a reliable fibre network with no connectivity issues on any other devices.
Because the software update would grind away forever, again I was told to unplug the treadmill and use the “Start Manual Workout” button once it restarted and that I should be fine — despite clearly and repeatedly explaining that the problem is the screen freezing and requiring a daily power reset just to reach that button.
The software update finally completed and have now tested the manual workout button, the screensaver locking no longer happens but I still have to skip two screens asking to subscribe to iFit plus the usual iFit disclaimer, even though I am not using iFit, before being able to start my workout.
For a premium treadmill, this level of support and software behavior is unacceptable. The troubleshooting felt unstructured, the explanations unclear, and the representative appeared unfamiliar with known issues related to cancelled iFit subscriptions. Potential buyers should be aware that cancelling iFit can significantly affect basic usability, and resolving it may require lengthy support calls.
I hope NordicTrack reviews this case and improves both product behavior and support training, as this experience fell well below expectations.

If I could give negative stars, I would.
My husband ordered the NordicTrack X16 Elliptical for me for Christmas. It arrived on December 20, and I assembled it immediately. From day one, the resistance did not work at all. The touchscreen and handle controls would change the resistance numbers, but the actual resistance never changed. The machine was unusable.
I contacted NordicTrack right away. A technician didn’t arrive until December 31, ten days later. He discovered that a wire had been pinched in one of the pre-assembled sections, causing the resistance failure. He ordered replacement wires.
Those parts took another two weeks to arrive. Then we had to wait yet another week for a second technician appointment. By this point, the machine had been delivered for nearly four weeks and I still had not been able to use it once.
When the technicians finally returned, we were told the replacement wires were incorrect. The elliptical still could not be repaired.
NordicTrack offered to send out the “correct” wires, but based on their pattern, that would have meant waiting several more weeks. I requested a return instead. They initially refused, saying I was one day past the return window. This was outrageous, considering the machine had never worked. I wasn’t returning it because I didn’t like it. I was returning it because it was defective out of the box.
After pushing back, they agreed to accept the return and waived the return shipping fee, but I am still being charged a 10% restocking fee on a nearly $3,000 machine that never functioned.
The return was approved on January 22, 2026. A third-party pickup company called on January 27 to schedule a pickup for February 2. They never showed up. No call. No notice. No phone number to contact them. When I called NordicTrack again, I was told it would take another 1–2 business days to “hear back” from the pickup company.
This entire experience has been unacceptable from start to finish. Poor quality control, slow and ineffective service, and zero accountability. Do not buy directly from NordicTrack. If you’re considering equipment at this price point, buy from a retailer where you can try it in person and return it without jumping through hoops. There are plenty of comparable machines from other brands. Avoid NordicTrack.

Their treadmill are made cheaply for the expensive price tag. They undersell that you need to pay a monthly subscription to iFit if you want any functionality beyond a manual startup of your treadmill. And even then, its a wait to start your treadmill manually.

brand new machine, broken after 5 months.
45 MINUTES for the lady to um and aw about issues only to ask the same questions and then turn around and send me to another team who then proceeded to ask what was wrong... like i had not already spent almost an hour explaining the issues.
