We dispatched your order on the date we said we did. In 17 years, we've only lost 2 parcels, so it is very likely it will turn up, which is why we said to wait for the period recommended by the Royal Mail. Small businesses like ours rely on word of mouth sales and customer feedback. Penalising us with a 1 star review because of the failings of the Royal Mail trying to deliver a small parcel to deliver to France during a national postage strike will have a much bigger impact on us than that the cost of your t-shirt. Your order will be refunded once you provide us with the details on where to send the money to.

I'm really pleased with the black beanie hat that I purchased. Good quality, nice fit with a sewn on badge. The delivery was in good time.

Would highly recommend
We have used Nordikota for our staff apparel for a few years now. They are amazing!
The service we get from them is second to none.
We usually go for smaller runs and we know that a much bigger business wouldnt be able to accommodate that. They are competitive on price and will always do their upmost to hit our sometimes short time lines!
Would recommend them to anyone who asks!

The embroidery on the logo is phenomenal
The embroidery on the logo is incredibly high quality and the cap itself is really well made. Given that it was made to order to support Saints Sled Dog Rescue, it was made and dispatched pretty quick too.
