Information was offered good. Easy looking forward. Not sure yet. I lot of extra additional add ons. Will update.

Giving discounts are great but I did not like being pushed to buy other things when I can not afford it.

I contacted customer services the day my plan renewed to try and cancel and refund, but there was not flexibility on their behalf. I had not used the app for months as I didnt think i was getting enough out of it. We had emails back and forward but no help!!

Their plan pricing is mis-leading unless you actually read the small print. I signed up to a 4 week plan thinking it was £15.80 for just 4 weeks and discovered 3 months later I was being charged £79.11 each month. I contacted them to cancel my subscription, which they confirmed by email immediately but were not going to give back my 3 months payments totalling £237.33. My fault I suppose but BUYER BEWARE, READ THE SMALL PRINT! I didn't get very far with the "training" because of being constantly bombarded with up-selling. From what I did manage to see, you can get most of these very common exercises from YouTube!

First, I’m interested to try this. I didn’t give it five stars because of the constant pressure to buy something else. Just let me try things first.

Scam!
You have taken £79.11 from my account without my authorisation and have then had the audacity to tell me that as per your policy you do not provide refunds for digital subscriptions.
I would understand that however as you have taken this without my consent that would be classed as fraud!
I agreed to a one off £15.80 charge for a plan. Nothing more.
The customer service is shocking and dismissive.

This is the part that I don’t like to do right now. I’ll submit a review when I finish my plan.

When purchasing, I don’t like that I have to wade through so many other “offers” before I can complete my purchase.

The app is great but I was not ready to use it, I am a bit older and more out of shape than desired. So I am working on other aspects at the moment. But for most folks I think it is great option, especially if you cannot afford workout service.
