The app is great but I was not ready to use it, I am a bit older and more out of shape than desired. So I am working on other aspects at the moment. But for most folks I think it is great option, especially if you cannot afford workout service.

Terrible cancellation and refund policy
I signed up through a very persistent online promotion. The service looked good but it was too expensive for me given that I was only going to be a sporadic user.
I tried to cancel and I believed I had done so until I received a very expensive renewal charge. I emailed them instantly as my credit card company notified me right away, but was surprised to hear they would not refund. I felt cheated. Be very careful before you decide to subscribe.
