Great customer service
Great customer service as I wasn’t expecting my order to come till the new year but The Norfolk Bay Company actually called me the week before delivery to let me know to expect my parcel early, which I thought was a nice touch. The lanterns I ordered are beautiful, as expected and were packaged extremely well so no damage could be caused in transit. Will definitely order from here again.

The order you made is in fact a pre order (due to high demand) which was listed in the description at time of purchase as well as an arrival time - due in the end of November.
This item is going to be arriving next week.
Once an arrival day has been confirmed then we would have arranged a call or follow up email notifying you with tracking information and a delivery date.
We would have been more than happy to give you an update via email.
Once the item has arrived in store..due to being a pre order product, it will be sent out the very same day with next day delivery and we will notify you of this.
