The lavender x allardii Meerlo - my order was processed and despatched quickly. Although being at home all day for receipt of the parcel, I did not hear the door bell (or it was not rung!) and found the shrub on the doorstep later that evening. My concern for your company is the delivery company! The shrub was removed for the box straight away and left overnight and this morning I watered it as compost was on the dry side. It looks to be a good specimen albeit in the winter period. I would recommend Norfolk Quality Plants to family and friends.

I would certainly consider buying from them again. I was struggling to find the plant I wanted when I happened upon their website & to my surprise they had the plant I was looking for a
Eucalyptus French Blue. Other suppliers I tried were either out of stock or too pricey. It was easy to buy online, an excellent price for the tree, affordable postage cost and arrived on day stated in an excellent healthy condition.

I was so happy with this company from the ordering, tracking, fast 2 day delivery, packaging and healthy decent sized plants. I actually couldn't wait to leave a review, but I got sidetracked with planting!

This company pleasantly surprised me with their well packaged plants, they sent the plants in two separate boxes so they didn't get squashed.

But the typed instructions in the plastic A4 wallet is what I appreciated the most. They gave the best advice about "letting the plant breath before planting." I enjoy gardening, but I'm not an expert and just being reminded/informed of basic planting instructions helped. I know about soaking the plant before planting, but I never knew the amount of time. A lot of garden centres online and in store, give the basic plant advice on their little labels. But that's all.

If you're a beginner gardener it helps to still have further, in depth advice after the purchase.

This company take the time to ensure that their plants are well cared for and so they can get off to the best start. I order a lot of plants online and in store, but this is the first company I've been happy when opening the box and not feeling disappointed at the contents.

Cannot recommend this company highly enough. I have just received two plants of outstanding quality. Unfortunately through no fault of the company one plant got lost in transit and a replacement was very quickly sent. Plants were dispatched very quickly, arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. The whole experience exceeded my expectations and I will definitely use them again in future.
