Next day delivery, well packaged delivery as requested

A lot of the wood wasn't stained

The door on our summerhouse was warped unfortunately we didn’t notice until it was totally erected so didn’t want to dismantle.
Delivery was good and on time.
Apart from the door everything else was good

4 stars, it was cheap, delivered promptly, packed well.

The service I got from start to finish was first class we ordered the summer house and we got it in 3 days the delivery was on the day and time (I am yet to fit it )but looks good..Will recommend to friends and family B M King

Really quick delivery, delivery man was really pleasant and helpful. Summer house was delivered in 2 weeks. Looks really well made and very substantial. Hoping all is there for it but cannot comment on that yet as will be a couple of months before we are able to build it. Delivery driver said if anything missing just given them a call even in a couple of months as they are very understanding with things like that so fingers crossed

Excellent company

I am very happy with my arbour, which looks great in the garden. The delivery people were polite and friendly. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that we realised the finial is missing, which is maybe a bit petty...so consider it a 4.75 stars out of 5!

Replacement glass that was missing/damaged was sent out and received within a week.

I spent a lot of time doing research online to look for a potting shed to suit my needs. Some only have a single door, with a double door costing more. Some don’t have sufficient windows and no interior shelving. I picked this 10 x 8 Norfolk Potting Shed because it has everything I wanted, ie, double doors, 2 sets of windows, with the top set opening, and a really sturdy useful interior shelf. The shed is well constructed using softwood planned tongue and groove shiplap boarding. The floor and roof are constructed of the same material. The opening windows are a real bonus. I was exceptionally pleased with the price. I couldn’t find anything anywhere near this quality for the price. I paid extra to have the shed installed by Norfolk Sheds. Well worth the extra price. 2 lads put it up in no time at all. The whole procedure from buying online to final installation was excellent and hassle free. Fantastic service, I can’t praise Norfolk Sheds enough. Highly recommend. Amazing shed.

The shed is of very good quality and very robust. The ordering process was very straightforward and the shed itself was packed very well and delivered within a few days.

Poor quality cabin, very twisted, no communication so going via credit card company seeking full refund.

So far so good easy to order very quick delivery. Shed is still all packaged up awaiting erection the end of this week. Once this is doneI will be able to supply further details on quality etc.

The assembly service made all the difference. Shed was built in a couple of hours by the NS Team who did a great job. Polite and efficient, well worth the money.
