Terrible experience

Terrible experience with this seller. I purchased an item and received the wrong item. I contacted the seller to get the correct item and they were extremely unresponsive. After sending back the incorrect item at my own cost they still refused to refund me or send the correct item. Stay away from this merchant.

Paid for a product I never received

This company had a booth at Awesome Con, and when I asked to purchase an item they told me it was sold out. They offered to ship it me instead, so I gave them my name and address (with no way for them to contact me, which in hindsight was a red flag) just typed into the notes app of a phone with a few other names and addresses of other customers. I paid for the item I'd ordered, and was told they'd ship it within the week. A full month passed with no item, so I decided to reach out. The Norse legion website doesn't provide any contact information, but the Facebook page provides an email to contact Kevin Liell- presumably the person in charge of the business as his name is attached to multiple of their products on the website. I sent a polite email inquiring about the status of my order, but when two weeks went by with no response I ended up just contacting my bank to dispute the charge and get my money back. To this day (8 months later) I have not received any follow up communication from the business. I found the exact same product I wanted on eBay for $2 cheaper, and it came in the mail exactly when it said it would. I really should have checked this website before paying for my item, because WOW it looks like I am not alone in having problems with this company.

Edit: Initial review was written 11/18/25, it is now 11/19/25 and this morning I received an email response from Mr. Liell. He asked if I had received my package, and when I responded that I had not, he asked for my address and what the missing item was so he could send me what I had ordered. I informed him that I had already located a second hand version, and he offered either a refund or to send a different product from his store. I told him my bank had already cancelled the charge, but thanked him for his offer.

SCAM ALERT (The Legend Continues)

UPDATE: The owner is now threatening to sue me over my review. To clear the air I would have preferred the product I ordered, but I was tired of asking for updates, so I settled on the refund, the refund was issued within 48 hours of the request, but still does not change my personal opinion about this company. My complaint is based off the lack of communication when asking for updates. Not just the time it takes for a reply or the hoops someone has to jump though to get a reply, but also the lack of substance in the reply.
UPDATE: The Saga Concludes (Date: 10/24)
​I am delighted to announce that my epic, seven-month customer service quest has finally, finally concluded.
​For seven months, Norse Legion displayed a commitment to absolute silence that can only be described as legendary. This is a level of customer abandonment one usually only finds in ancient Norse ruins—fitting, I suppose. However, I must now bestow a single, hard-earned star upon the owner for achieving the monumental task of completing basic customer service.
​I can confirm that on 10/13, only after enduring over half a year of ignored pleas and pursuing external actions (like filing with my card company), Norse Legion offered the refund. (I would have preferred the product I ordered, but I was tired of asking for updates, so I settled on the refund, the refund was issued within 48 hours of the request.),
​The immediate flurry of communication that followed was not to offer a sincere apology for the eight-month delay, but to aggressively request that I remove this review.
​Kudos to you, sir. You have successfully mastered the art of transactional resolution: exchange cash for silence. While I appreciate the return of my money, I do not appreciate that my negative review was the only catalyst capable of thawing your customer service deep freeze.
​My rating remains 1-Star. The polo shirt may be gone, but the legendary response time will forever be etched in history. Future customers, heed this warning: Buy from Norse Legion only if you enjoy archaeological digs, pursuing chargebacks, and being treated like a ghost for the better part of a year until your public criticism becomes inconvenient.

WARNING: SCAM ALERT: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM NORSE LEGION. THEY ONLY REPLY WITH ONE SENTENCE TO EVERY 5+ EMAILS YOU SEND. I ORDERED THE POLO SHIRT BEGINING OF MARCH (IT IS MID OCT). I HAVE SENT SEVERAL EMAILS (TO EVERY EMAIL ADDRESS I COULD FIND, SENT IMS, I EVEN TRIED TO FILE WITH THE CARD COMPANY. NORSE LEGION IS NOT A COMPANY I WILL RECOMMEND EVER AGAIN. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY OR SEND ME THE POLO SHIRT THAT I ORDERED (THAT IS ACTIVE ON YOUR SITE. THAT MENTIONS NOTHING OF IT BEING ON A BACK ORDER, OUT OF STOCK, OR A PREORDER). SO DISAPOINTING THAT THIS IS HOW COMPANIES GET YOU TO LOSE TRUST.

Never received my order

I never received my order. I ordered multiple shirts on May 17, 2024, it's now July 2025. I had to email him in March 2025 asking about an order update (asking for either an update or a refund) and telling him that I needed to change addresses now that it had been so long since I placed my order. He initially replied to me concerned that I had never received it and changed it for me. He said he was shipping it out next day but he never did and it's been crickets since. I received a new tracking email (Mar. 3) but USPS says they are STILL waiting to receive the package. I emailed him in March, April and May of 2025 and never heard back after that first email. Disappointing because I had ordered from him before a few years ago and everything went fine so I was excited to order from him again but not anymore.

As you can see from the many many bad reviews of this store, they are fraudsters!

The only two 5 star reviews are literally written by Kev the owner of Norse Legion!

He is a lying crook and I had to go to my bank through the fraud department to get my money back. He said he sent a partial package to the wrong address 6 hours away from where i lived almost 4 months after I ordered. I never received anything. DO NOT BUY HERE.

I received my most recent order on time! I have a living room FULL of Kevin’s incredible designs from Norse Legion. I have always been able to contact him easily with questions about my products. I look forward to every new design and I have a vast majority of them!

Norse Legion creates great products and…

Norse Legion creates great products and works hard to make its customers happy. Both Lee Massey and Amanda, who have written reviews about Norse Legion received their product and a full refund. They got their refund claiming they never received the product which was a lie, but both of them live in countries outside the US so there’s no way to pursue these individuals. As I’ve tried to get payment from them for the products they received they have decided to give negative reviews to me, like they haven’t hurt my company enough already by getting free product.

Nonexistent customer service

Nonexistent customer service. Kevin Liell who is rather famous Star Wars & Comic artist owns this company and sells some of his products.
I have notified Kevin and Norse Legion that I have never received ANY of my order I had requested in May 2024. Multiple times and via Multiple ways on social media. Another self entitled artist who believes he can take fans money without any issue or recourse. Sad!
Of note he NO Google feedback from himself or Norse Legion. I know why now!
DO NOT BUY FROM EITHER!!!
