edit - thanks for quick reply but I'm not spending any more time on this. I've heard all the excuses from the survey companies and don't use those that pull this trick.

hooked into them via 20cogs. £3 signup bonus and have just managed to make the £10 cashout. Screened out of 90% of surveys, and even more annoyingly get screened out halfway through, which of course means they get info for free despite the 'this survey filled up quickly' line. Will be leaving as soon as the cashout is paid. DO NOT USE THIS SURVEY COMPANY.

Descent, could be screened out quite often, but it is all good

I've been with panlebase for a number of years now they are great staff are friendly if you need to contact them lots of great survey 's fast payments by vouchers or to bank transfer I love them

Great so all of a sudden just after cashing out another £10 I get " sorry there appers to be a problem please contact support!"

hey I have earned £10.30 if I write my nationwide debit card details will it withdraw my money there

I’m very surprised to read so many good reviews about Panelbase. I have been a member for about 6 months and I receive 1 or 2 surveys per day. However I am screened out of virtually every survey, so cannot complete many. It’s so annoying to start surveys and then be inevitably screened out. What a waste of my time, I’m afraid I’m leaving Panelbase, it’s far too frustrating.

I love completing the surveys I receive even though I find I am not compatible with quite a lot of them. I also enjoy the financial reward.

A quality online survey site, with well paid surveys, low cash-out and quick reliable payment. A welcome regular top up to other revenue streams.

Regular surveys, easy to complete. Good rewards paid out speedily.

Payment was received in a timely fashion as always. Great service.

The site provides many interesting surveys. There are not too many surveys for which I do not qualify. A fair reward payment. The payment always arrives on time in my bank account.

This survey site was good about 1 to 2 years ago. It was possible to make about £10 every month if you applied for all the surveys and kept your profile up to date.

I never made that much because I never applied for all the surveys.

Now I am screened out of 99% of the surveys and it is impossible to get to the £10 minimum cash out threshold.

The cash reward for some of the surveys is poor. Some surveys are too long and they ask repetitive questions which is frustrating.

I have been recommended some better survey sites which do not screen members out half as much as Panelbase and pay more. There is more chance of making some spare cash on these sites.

I emailed Panelbase and they basically said I do not apply for surveys quick enough and I did not qualify for a couple surveys. No I am not qualifying for any of the surveys now.

I have now deleted my account since I cannot get past £1.

Scammers , takes them days to verify and then when you try and cash out it gets rejected , so you try again and contact them and they said like debi told you yesterday ? WHO , i never spoke to a debi yesterday? SCAMMERS AVOID .. THERE ARE MUCH BETTER SURVEY SITES , QMEE IS INSTANT AND THE BEST , AVOID THESE CHARLATONS LIKE THE PLAUGE

Excellent customer services. Have had to email them with queries, within a few hours they answer and rectify it if appropriate.

One of the better sites, and at least you don't end up with vouchers like some, and a low threshold to transfer to bank account.

Best survey site, especially when they took over the Focus Project, so I accumulate nearly £800 so far. I enjoying to do tasks on FP and also like Tobii EYE tracker while using youtube or iPlayer.

I've been with Panelbase for over 2 years now and they are certainly one of the better survey companies out there. I like that that you can get paid in cash, surveys are plentiful and ive always had a friendly and helpful response from customer service if I've ever had to contact them.

one of the worst for qualifying,, qualify rate must be 5%. I complained to them once about this , even the minimum payouts of 30p survey, never qualify,, they replied, I am doing very well considering this,, with a touch of sarcasm,,, because I had £500 in the account,, until I replied to them to have a good look at my account,, as it had taken me more than 10 years, to earn that much,,, why other sites I get that in 6 months,,, of course that shut them up as i got no reply ..

As survey sites go, they are very good. I haven't had any big payment surveys etc like others have stated,
Mostly £0.20p-£2 range. They email surveys to complete daily, usually 4 or more. What makes them my favourite survey site is that they screen you out straight away if you do not qualify and put you in the monthly prize draw.
The payout threshold is low at £10.
They don't seem to just want your details to sell on like other sites, and the surveys can actually be interesting and fun. It's not easy making money from surveys and will take up a lot of your time, but if you want to do it I highly recommend Panelbase.

The payout rate is good but out of the survey sites I use this is the most frustrating one of all since nearly every time I click to start a survey I am almost immediately screened out. They clearly don't use our profiling category answers or at the very least put them to good use. When I have challenged them on this problem it is either that my profile doesn't fit or I have already taken the survey on another site. The latter is definitely questionable as I have a rough idea what surveys I have done in the last day or so.
It's a shame really as they are a good survey company with good payment rates but what is the point if you can hardly do any of their surveys.
