The food was really good, the service was awesome and very accommodating.

The “hometown” feel, April’s competent assistance guiding me toward my options and choices and the affordable price for the event warrant a 5 star rating.

The staff and management could not have been more accommodating to our needs. We have a fundraiser with over 500 people in attendance and everything was perfect.

April was great. She was kind and informative.

When we arrived to setup, the two ladies greeted us and explained to us that we could do our setup and if we had any questions to just ask either one of them. They had the food done for us a little earlier than expected. That was great because of the snow storm starting and the people attending the party could eat earlier so we could have the meal and party. Everyone got home safely. Everyone loved the food. They always have great food at the events there. I’ve been to many events there and the food was always amazing. That’s why we picked them for our party.

Our family was so impressed with this banquet center while attending my mother's funeral luncheon - they thought it was a new building! April and Tom were so helpful and professional. We are so fortunate to have this facility and caring staff so close to us. The food was served hot and everyone was pleased. Thank you.

April of the community center banquet just made the luncheon for our mother's funeral a very pleasant experience. Her personality was loving and kind at a time like this and she just took charge of everything. We had our work Christmas party at Northampton Banquet Center. Everything went as planned and the whole process from picking the food to setting up and the event itself went without any issues. April was amazing and so helpful. Our company had a great night. Thank you!

We have been holding our Football Banquet at the event center for many years. 2022 we had a less than stellar time and honesty were not going to come back. April worked with me and resolved so many issues, I must say 2023 was such a better outcome. I had many parents commenting on how much better the food and service was. In the beginning of scheduling our event, we were going to book some place else. Then April C. took over as manager and was so compassionate. She went above and beyond to help in every way possible. She's young and we thought she might be overwhelmed to handle things as great as Debbie did. Nope, she was 100% perfect in every way possible. I think Debbie is watching over her. WE miss Debbie with our every heartbeat, but we know, April is making her proud. Thank You, April, for doing an amazing job for The Northampton Class of 1973, 50th Class Reunion. November 25, 2023

Excellent staff, excellent food, lovely environment

April was amazing! She was so helpful and went out of her way to see that everything was perfect for our memorial celebration of life. The food was wonderful and the servers kept replenishing often. Nobody left hungry that’s for sure. The cost was reasonable as well. This is the perfect place to have an event. I highly recommend Northampton Event & Banquet Center. With April as your event planner, you will have a wonderful event and your guests will be impressed for sure.

Great food and service, just as I remember from decades ago! That’s right, decades ago since I’ve been there. Way to keep the tradition alive!

One of my mother’s wishes for after her passing was the family have a luncheon there. Thank you for living up to the legacy, so fitting for such a remembrance of her life.

As a non-profit organization, the Northampton Area Public Library needs to keep costs down. April was on top of everything we needed and fabulous to work with. She was able to cut a few corners that we didn't know were possible, and our annual basket social went off without a problem! Thank you, April and your team for such a wonderful job!

I was so pleased with everything that was done for my husbands funeral luncheon. I got so many compliments from the people that were there. Food was excellent. Chicken very moist, salad perfect carrots, green beans & filling very good. The service also was done perfect. I had a sit done luncheon & the servers were very polite & refilled the bowls very fast .
