Get details prior to your event.
Facility is nice. Staff is helpful. The food was blah and to me, not worth all the money we spent, and even though we paid alot for it, we were not allowed to have any "leftover take home". We were told it was thrown away, as was our money. Very disappointed.
We were not informed of a charge on our final bill prior to our event.

The NCC is a great place to have ones event
The NCC is a great place to have ones event. We had our funeral luncheon yesterday. The food was wonderful. The room was bright and cheerful.
Mostly; April is awesome to work with. She was there for every question I had.
The servers were pleasant and helpful.
I would highly recommend the Northampton Community Center.

Great experience. Would book again.
Overall, great experience. Food was fantastic. Servers were polite and very quick to replenish empty dishes. Banquet manager was easy to reach and very responsive. Colored linens added a nice touch. Nicely updated small banquet room.

300th Anniversary banquet
I cannot even think of a single thing that could be done to improve what you did for us. It was flawless and the complements the planning committee received were ALL positive which was in great part to the staff. Thank you so very much for all you did to make this event the success it was!!!!!
