Great experience from start to finish.

Bought aluminimum bifolds, a door and window for our summer house, supply only. Great communication from all staff and product perfect!

The doors were for my mother to improve the heat insulation of her house from the conservatory. The fitting team were very professional and courteous as was Phil Johnson. The only issue we have is that the insulation strip at the bottom of two of the doors has come adrift and probably needs to be refixed or replaced. I hope that this can be done.

We purchased 2 X 2 panel bifold doors in Anthracite and White. They look absolutely amazing.
Chris, Tony and their team were outstanding. Phil kept us informed from start to finish. They even sorted early installation to accommodate our new kitchen being fitted. Paul and Eric who fitted the doors were very friendly and professional ensuring everything was clean and tidy with minimal damage to the brickwork etc.
I would definitely recommend North East Bifolds as their products are quality and Customer Service exceptional.

Having recently moved house we had no hesitation in calling on the guys from north east bi folds to quote after the superb service we received when we replaced the doors and windows in our last house.
Once again the quote was easily the most competitive out of 4 and once again we weren’t disappointed in the service we received.
From start to finish the response from Chris, Tony and their team was outstanding.
The turn around time from measure and fabrication to installation was exactly what we needed. The product is fantastic and the fitting team were polite, efficient, really neat and tidy and they grafted through all weathers to get the job done with the minimum of fuss.

Great selection in their showroom, on installation day the guys did a great job including the tidy up at the end of the day, and we were impressed with the price especially with the size of panels that we needed. They are in great demand so give yourself enough time when you order , it’s great to see local companies busy.

Just had two sets of Bifolds and windows fitted in our project and they are amazing quality and look incredible.Chris and the team were spot on from start to finish nothing was a problem and you can tell they are a good company to work for listening to the lads laughing while working in the rain would highly recommend

I had Patio doors fitted. The guys made a very clean job installing them. No damage at all to the surrounding plaster not even a scratch. It was a wet day so I placed old sheets down to protect my cream carpets. There was not a mark on the carpet when I took them up. On the whole very pleased with the installation and the finished result.

Extremely satisfied with the bi-folds, including integral blinds, supplied by this company. Tony's knowledge about the product was invaluable and this helped us to make the right decisions. Excellent service provided and would definitely use this company again.

Cracking set of lads, nothing is too much bother. Supplied thermally broken aluminium windows, the frame outer required quite an unusual powder coated colour with the inside in a soft white. Deliveries all as promised and quality was good. I would and have recommended them to others.
