If I could give them a negative star I would. First, they are quite misleading and do not get your shoes within a week. Second, they make it impossible to return them. Their website states 60 day return guarantee. That's why I bought two pair of the same shoe, in two different sizes. But they are making it impossible to return one pair. They keep throwing up roadblocks and state in their emails to me that the return process is complex. Third, the shoes are of very low quality. And last, they have NO PHONE NUMBER WHERE YOU CAN CALL FOR HELP!!!
Next time I order shoes from a place I've never heard of, I will make sure to check for phone numbers, etc.

My first and definitely my LAST time to ever order from this company. I ordered 1 pair of shoes and they mailed me 3 pairs of the exact same shoes AND charged my credit card for 3 pairs. It is impossible to return them as they will not give me an address to return them too AND they said if I did return them, I would be responsible to pay the shipping fees to send them to ITALY.
Lesson learned.

4/24, I placed an order & I got an “order shipped” email the same day.
4/25, I got an out of stock notification.
5/10, I replied asking what is in stock since their site was not reflecting correctly. Same day they say they will check with the warehouse.
5/28, I send a follow up email requesting either a response to my previous inquiry by the end of the day, or a refund if they fail to provide that.
5/29, I got a “we will reach out to the warehouse again” email
5/30, I clarify that I requested a refund if they could not provide an answer by end of day of 5/28 considering I’d asked 18 days prior & requested an immediate refund.
5/31, they responded with "We wanted to let you know that we've already forwarded your refund request to our manager for review. At this time, we are awaiting approval.”
It's 7/19 now & still no refund. I gave them more than a fair chance to conduct business with integrity & they’ve failed miserably.

Received these so called stylish shoes in the mail today. As my girlfriend took them out of its packaging, I could already tell that they were not of quality material. My suspicions were definitely confirmed as we (my girlfriend and I) had a closer examination. Cheaply made .. more than likely made in some sweatshop in China and not in Colorado. The sizing is WAY OFF … which is a tip off that they had a different idea of an American women’s foot size.
Very disappointed … garbage shoes.

The shoes were not what I expected. I asked for a refund and all I get is a runaround. they say they will exchange them but, I have to send them to China even though they were sent to me from the US. Beware of this company. I told them I didn't want to exchange but wanted a refund. They are very hard to deal with. Beware of this company as I said above.

Shoes are cheaply made with thin fabric uppers. Followed guidelines for sizing and these are way too big. I have a high instep, and usually appreciate a tall shoe, but these feel like clown shoes flopping on my feet.

If I could rate them less than one star, I would do so. They sent me two pair with TWO sizes too small. When I contacted them, I was told I would have to return them at my cost for the correct size. I told them I would prefer a refund, but they stated that is a long process and I would still have to return them at my cost to CHINA!

Buyer be ware!! This is a Chinese based company, their really is no return policy, what it would cost you to return/exchange the item is exorbitant!! On top of that you have to send photos of said item. The sizing is in European sizes not US. I ordered a size 8 to receive a size EU38 which is more like a 7.5 US. I’m just going to bite the bullet and chalk up this experience to stupidity. I have a product that doesn’t fit and Northen keeps my money. The quality is also not great! Morale of the story read the fine print when ordering from an online retailer you don’t know.

Maybe send the correct size and cover the return cost of shipping

Terrible service overall

Shoes were not orthopedic, were cheap with exposed zippers down the heel that chaffed the skin, and despite requesting a refund, they continue to offer me an exchange. Total scam and waste of money!

Do not buy from this company. I ordered shoes and they are to big. I contacted them within minutes and have been waiting for 5 months for a response. They are the worst.

My wife loves her new shoes and says they are ultra comfortable.

I purchased these shoes believing they were made in the USA, but I learned they are shipped from China.
The "white" sandals come in two different shades: the top part is a dirty white, while the bottom (heel) is a bright white.
The quality feels cheap, and I can only hope they last until the end of the summer.

The shoes were not orthopedic as they stated, run much smaller than normal shoes, and I ordered a larger size... Anyway Shame on Instagram and Facebook for even allowing these ads from scam artist on their pages! But I guess they're just interested in the ad income, not the people who "use" to support them! I agree with people on saying they were a company in New England.... LIARS

Only gave one star, because the don’t offer zero stars… The cheapest shoes ever and absolutely no orthopedic support as they claim. You can’t look at reviews on their site, nor can you leave one. Absolutely shady. I will request a refund and attempt to return the shoes. Then I’ll dispute them with my credit card company. I’m not paying for their trash shoes.

They sent me the incorrect sizes for all three pairs I ordered. These are size 6 and I’m an 7.5. CSR is horrible. They won’t return my requests for return or refund. Buyer BEWARE!

Not orthopedic very poor quality and materials. Tried to return but they making it impossible, want me to exchange for a different product. Told me I have to ship return to china but cannot get them to produce a return address. No longer responding to my messages. Total rip off. Beware

I need to return shoes I have sent email and no response you do not have a phone number I love the shoes but they are the wrong size. I would to reorder

Read the reviews below. They all say what I would say. These people are total crooks. I thought if I kept on them I would "win" eventually. After 3 months I finally gave up. I'm stuck with a $115 bill and $15 shoes. I'd be embarrassed to even put these in the Goodwill box.
