If I could give zero stars I would. The day after ordering with Northend Shoes I received an email saying my order has been sent and then NOTHING. Three weeks later I tried to find out where my order is and was told they are behind with their orders. Waited another week and then I asked ChatGPT what to do and it sent me to this link. I could hardly believe the terrible reviews for Northend Shoes. It also told me to ask for a refund but I got zero reply to that request. I sent in two.

I paid using PayPal so I sent in my case to the resolution department and today they told me I won my case and will get my money back. I mainly think it is because I sent them the link to these reviews. If you paid using a credit card I recommend you contact your credit card company directly and send them here because the site really does look professional. You never would think to look up reviews for it but from now on I will be checking first before I buy.

I would give them a 0 if I could, People please read reviews before ordering from this company they are a scam. the product you recieve is not the same as the picture. Please,please, please do not order from here. nothing can be returned for size, color, defect nothing.

I order two pairs of orthopedic shoes in my regular size. It took two months for them to ship from China even though they said they were American made and an American company. WRONG. When they arrived, they are too small for me to even wear. I wrote to them to return them and they said that I would have to pay to ship them to China which is very expensive. The offered a 75% store credit and I could keep the shoes. I can't wear them and most likely I can't wear any of them if the sizes don't match. They keep saying that the cost to return them at my expense would be very high and they recommend I take their offer of 75% store credit. What a joke. Please do not buy from them. Everything that they told me was a lie.

I had to return some sandals last July had to ship them all the way to Canada cost almost as much as my sandals did and I have yet to see a refund have contacted them at least a dozen times with no response. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered two pair of shoes- wrong colors were sent. Neither did they have the arch support or foot forming comfort as advertised. There is no phone number, or address to contact the company for complaints or help.i received the package today after waiting about. 3 weeks. The money is down the chute, I’m sure but I may contact my credit card company and see what my options are.

Nothing like the advert. Total scam.

I had one response from customer service asking for additional info. That was 1.5 weeks ago. Sent numerous pictures showing the quality was not even adequate.
Complete radio silence
Shocking!

I want my money back plus some way to get these scammers out of business.
I’ve reported the ad on YouTube several times but there it still is every time I am in there.

I ALSO WISH ID READ THIS BEFORE - but I’ve learned a valuable lesson.

This review is for the Hayleigh sandal. I wore them off and on for about a month and they were fine. Then I took them on a vacation and I’ve been wearing them for about 2 1/2 weeks. The inside of the shoe is totally wearing off at “rubbing” points and it looks like the shoe is totally falling apart. They’ve been comfortable and I like the way they look., but the quality seems to be poor.

Do not buy from Northend shoes. Mine arrived not the right size. Shoes cost £49.00
Not realising they had to be returned to China. Returned at a cost of £25.60.
6 times I’ve sent photos of shoes to prove not worn and return slip from post office.
They do not reply and every time I send a new email they request same information that I’ve sent 6 times.

Really wish Id read these reviews before buying.
Shoes are nothing what they look like, very poor quality.
Have emailed several times , had an initial reply but now radio silence.
I do not recommend buying anything from this company , nothing but cheap knockoffs!

I bought the Teddy Slippers and they were NOTHING as described on the website. Flimsy cheap material and not finished off properly. Just couldn't believe how bad they were. Avoid this company at all cost.

A bit of a scam. Dont buy them: crappy thin vinyl plastic straps that will probably slit and break soon after wearing them. They came from Hong Kong not the USA. Look nice but the vinyl plastic product is not good at all. Nothing like the description on Facebook Advertisement.

This company is horrible to deal with. I have been waiting weeks for a return label for an order that was completely wrong. I’ve sent emails with photos of everything they requested & still have not received any response from them. They are a bunch of thieves as I paid for products that I did not receive properly & cannot get my $ back.

Do not under any circumstances buy shoes from this website. I returned a pair of shoes for refund on July 10th 2026 via registered post. According to Royal Mail item arrived in China on July 18th. They have not teplied to my numeroys emails.
Today I teceived a message from Royal Mail stating they are aware of global Salesforce platform outage.
All sounds a bit fishy to me so best avoided.

This is for north end shoes!!!!I would not have given the one star if it would’ve let me give zero. What a rip off these shoes do not look anything like or sound like the description. They are a couple sizes too small and there is no extra room in the toe box. Customer service is giving me the runaround and not being helpful. They want descriptions of the shoes, pictures of the shoes and pictures of the packaging. Not to mention asking if they were worn one explained I received them the evening before and I’m writing the review I tried on one shoe they still want pictures. I told them don’t you know what you sent. What a deceitful lying unethical company. They hope to aggravate the customer enough and run the timeframe out, so they don’t have to give you a refund. Disgusting, disgusting, disgusting.

Do not order from this company. It is a scam. They send wrong product and of lesser value than stated then will not exchange or give refund. No response if requested. This company should be banned from all ads. LIARS! LIARS! LIARS!

I wish I had read the reviews first. Would never have purchased from them. Took 5 weeks to arrive, one delivery update said the order had been cancelled. Shoes arrived, way too small and one pair was nothing like I ordered. Never ever purchase from this company.

They do not honour their refund policy at all. They sent me the wrong shoes, the shoes were way too small and were actually the wrong size. They refuse to give me a refund even though they sent the wrong shoes. Do not buy from them - I wish I had read the reviews first!!
