Should be option for 0 stars....Got the most horrible shoes...started the return...and then crickets from them...returned to the return address on the site and had them returned to me...now trying round 2 of return as as stated the shoes are horrendous and despise companies that are scams

Is there a rating lower than 1 star?? Have been waiting for a 350.00 order since May. First 2 pairs of shoes arrived after 2 months and was waiting on the rest. Filed a claim with PayPal. Finally today received the rest of the order !! OMG! They do not look anything like the shoes I ordered and they are horrible quality. I am so disgusted with this company and the shady responses I received from customer service. I cancelled the claim with PayPal because it would take another 4 months to get a refund!!! Complete scam company!!!!! Buyer be very aware!!!!

Scammers!!! Never got my order. It’s been months.

I just received the wrong shoes and two sizes to small! They’re a fraud and a scam!

Wish I had read the reviews first

I wish I had read the reviews before buying sandals. They arrived quickly but were several sizes too small. Correspondence with the company is difficult and they expect one to pay for return shipping. It took me 4 emails to get an address from them but by then I lost interest. I lodged a dispute with my bank for a refund.

I ordered shoes and ended up with shoes that was not what I ordered.. the order was done through Affirm and affirm support crappy people like them … I mailed the shoes back to the company northends but they will not respond ... and affirm will not honor the return as well and I have a slip for the whole return… after I finish off paying my Affirm account. I’m done with the Affirm.. .. I lost $100. Just found the drain… do not order from this company northends .. they just stealing money… not giving u the proper items…

I bought sandals from Northend. I'm so disappointed, the shoes are Nothing compared to the video or pictures, the material feels cheap, the shoes is so stiff and clear clue all around the side of the shoes, the shoes was so expensive, and what I received was Temu shoes. Northend shoe never again, thank for scamming me.

I don’t have to write a review. If you read every review here I’d type each one out verbatim to every one on this site or better yet just Copy/Paste. I’m on a fixed income & can’t afford to just throw $60 away & another $10.20 for postage to have them returned. Hopefully someone at The Salvation Army will appreciate them.

Do not order it's a scam

I just want to thank everyone here for the reviews! I actually checked BEFORE ordering.

AWFUL COMPANY! Charged me twice, sent cheap plastic shoes that looked nothing like the advertisement, No customer service. I am going to give them away,

Shoes were of poor quality. Customer service is non existant for returns. Please don't waste your money.
Bad decision.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, THIS IS A BOGUS COMPANY!!! All bad reviews are LEGIT, and I had the same issues you see in other reviews - items too small and one not as pictured, emails to "return" dept returned to me as undeliverable, no response from the other email addresses. If I could give zero stars I would, and I wish I'd checked trust pilot first!

I ordered a pair of shoes from NorthEnd shoes and besides taking forever to arrive they were not at all like the picture. I kept sending a request for status of my order and kept getting an email saying they had been shipped. When they finally arrived 6 weeks later don't fit and they are cheap, cheap and CHEAP. I'm trying to return them for a refund but am having no luck in contacting them. I will NEVER order from them again and advise anyone who is thinking of ordering something to seriously don't do it.

Terrible service and products. NEVER buy from this company!!!! Three months later I got two pairs of shoes that were not the ones I ordered, that were advertised. Better to go to Amazon. I got the right pair of shoes in a week for cheaper. These companies based in China are scams for sure. Beware… never again!!!
