If I could give it nil stars I would. Received a cheap pair of sandals, not even the right size, nothing like Skechers, and in order to return them, after a month of me continually sending photos etc, if I want to return them, they ve got to be posted to China! Wish I’d read these reviews first, worst company ever.

To be frank I wouldn't give one star. But I want to warn buyers don't buy from them. I ordered a pair of Clarks clogs...nothing like photo and size was too small. I contacted them for a return received a response and was asked to send photos. But nothing since. The compsny's return email doesn't work ...that should tell you everything. I wish I'd read these reviews before buying they are all true. Susan

If I could I would give them -1. I ordered sandals, received an email to say they’d been delivered which they hadn’t. I emailed them several times but got no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEYRE SCAMMERS.

This is Totally a Joke , is not the same quality it shoes in the picture totally disappointed waste money

Never order anything from this company. I received a cheap, extremely poor quality pair of sandals, totally different to those advertised, as similar to Skechers slip ins.
I've sent numerous emails requesting information on how to return them, with no response, other than to send in photos of them. After that again no response, even after informing them that I was going to contact Trading Standards.

After a month I finally received my sandals, low quality make believe leather. Shoe is not true to size, narrow and small. Cannot reach company for return instructions, due to them never responding. Guess I learned the hard way!

It's been a month since I ordered a sandal from Northend.
I cannot even get tracking from them.

I’m ‘joining the group’ - I too ordered and paid for‘Sketchers’ sandals from this company and received 2 pairs of cheap/shoddy merchandise.
Like many of you, I emailed the company regarding their ‘returns’ procedure and ‘surprise, surprise’ I’ve heard nothing back from them.
I’ve learned my lesson now 🥺

HUGE SCAM!!!!!!! I bought 2 pairs of the Haley’s , what I received was the cheapest flimsiest shoes ever, extremely poor quality.

I sent an email to get a return and a refund and the email came back as undeliverable. Also, they said that they need to receive the product back in perfect condition in the same package. It was a crappy package and photo proof that we sent them back well and they would decide if we get the refund or not.

DENVER, CO 80203 so returns are allowed, WRONG THEY ARE IN CHINA 58 Baiye rd Donggan China and they do not return and you EAT the money you have spent I bought pair of shoes that came and were NOT The correct size they told me to pay for shipping that was very expensive and an automated email THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD from CHINA

Not sketchers took over month to get cheap shoes from china Do not order and you will not get refund

DO NOT order from these people, they are scammers with fake merchandise.
They use other companies ads and when you get your item it is nothing like the ad…and it’s almost impossible to get your money back.

Ordered shoes that were supposed to be Sketchers and when I received them they were junk! Also was charged for shoes I didn’t order. Refund requested and was told to take pictures of top and bottom of shoes, size card and shipping bags. Did all the above and no answer! I have a feeling it will cost me a lot to return them! Scam!!!!

I ordered 1 pair of "Sketchers" sandals and was charged for 2 pairs. It took forever to recieve them and when I did it was quite obvious they were not Sketchers. I asked for return instructions twice! Last time was 3 days ago. I have threatened to start a dispute with my CC Co. Will see what happens. Don't order from these cheats!

How do I get a refund for an order I placed which has not arrived even after a month and I don’t have any hopes it’ll ever arrive. Shall I dispute with my bank for fraudulent charges???

DO NOT buy from this company!!! The shoes I ordered were not what they promised and now I cant get anyone to respond so I can get a refund!!!

Honestly, I’m upset with myself because I know better. Ordered what were marketed as Franco Sarto braided sling backs in late May, they arrived on 7/14/26. I knew there’d be an issue when I received a shipped date of 6/2 & no updates till early July after I sent several emails. I paid $60 for complete trash! These shoes literally look like a five year old glued them together, actually a five year old would’ve done a better job. I’ve requested a refund, we’ll see how that goes. Do yourself a favor, if you’ve started a shopping cart & thought you’d read reviews beforehand to play it safe, trust the reviews and delete that cart ASAP!

Hi I ordered some sketchers sandals from this company. They have arrived and are fake!! I have sent pictures and many emails requesting a refund all to no avail. They are also stating 100.00.00 of 5⭐️trust pilot reviews which I find hard to believe!!
Any ideas how to get my refund would be greatly appreciated

This company isn’t what it pretends to be ..I sent and paid for what I was under a false impression were sketchers sandles ..when they arrived they were wrong size rubbish quality and definately not as described on their site..I’m having difficulty trying to get a refund and instructions to return these sandles..I could do with some advise as am an 81 year old lady and can’t afford to lose this sort of monies
