If you do business with this scam company you have no one to blame but yourself. At least my credit card refunded my moneyb after I showed them all the good faith efforts I tried to return the merchandise that did not fit.

Ordered a nice polar fleece parka online. It took over a month to be delivered. Once I finally got it, it was the wrong size. I order a large and received an XXXL. However, instead of being WAY too big it was way too small. I couldn't even fit my arms through the armholes. I called customer service and they were of no help. In order for me to return my coat, I had to send it back with pictures of me wearing it. HUH, I couldn't even get it on, much less wear it. Even if I got the pictures I was also told that I needed to send in the measurements of my chest, arms, waist, etc. in order to get a proper fit. It was at this point that I knew I'd been had. $100 down the drain.

they are online thief . never order anything, but you will lose your money

ordered two jckets, only got one which was the wrong size becuase they "thought" i would need the size 3 times bigger than i ordered.

Customer service are hopeless.

Best take a couple of hundred dollars and set it on fire. That will keep you warmer than these jokesters

They ask you to pay shipping to return your clothing to Hawaii, then after shipping your clothes back they won't give you your money back. CROOKS

Omg I wish I read theese reweivs before making an order. I got a jacket but had to send back for a bigger size. When I got the new jacket it was the same size!!!! I talked to Kate. She first offered me to keep the jacket and her $80 back. I've just returned the jacket and just checked my email. And your payment has been delayed....
Kate said they couldn't pay for return because they are a small business and I told her I would check 3 times before sending off the order. When I returned the first jacket I left a note in the jacket aswell an email to Kate about changing the size.

Same as most of the reviews. Not just bad but absolutely deplorable! Order # 9636. I have over 85 emails back and forth with “Kate”. Ive returned the jacket but they still refuse to refund my money as they are claiming my original charge back wasn’t reversed. I’ve sent them confirmation from my cc company stating it was indeed reversed yet nothing. I’ve been fighting since March and it’s now June 21,2021.
I’ve never suggested this before but perhaps we should band together to file a class action lawsuit from those having done business with them.

DO NOT EVEN DARE TO USE THIS COMPANY! I have been going back and forth with my bank to get my money back for items I NEVER RECEIVED.!!! I ordered on February 27th 2019. Never received a confirmation email. Reached out to the company mid March they didn’t respond until April 6th saying my items were received! I got 1 of the 2 items i ordered. I got the $11 phone case but still missing the $143.99 jacket! The company apologized that it got “lost” and they can send me another jacket. I responded no I would like a refund. After 2 months of dealing with this company I just wanted my $143.99 back. Put a claim in with Chase bank. The company DENIED my claim and the bank took my money back! I put in ANOTHER claim to only need have that denied by the bank again! I sent the bank ever email I sent to the company and every email the company sent to me. Even with proof that I never received my item I still have not gotten my money back! This company is a complete JOKE. DO NOT EVEN THINK TWICE! I would give this company 0 stars if I could they don’t even deserve the 1 star!

I was completely scammed, I paid $379 for 3 jackets that I sent back because they looked like something you would purchase at a thrift store. I was given an address in Honolulu, HI for return which cost an additional $93 for shipping and now for 2 months I have been going back and forth with "Kathleen" saying there is an issue with my bank and they can't issue a refund for 75 days. My bank has assured me this is not true.

I must be one of the lucky ones as I had a fairly straight-forward experience. I received the jacket as described BUT the packaging (and label) showed a XXXL. At first I was very disappointed but when I tried it on, it fit perfectly (was a XL, just not labelled correctly). I did order directly from the website if that makes any difference. Glad I didn't see these reviews first as I wouldn't have bought it considering the negative reviews.

I ordered a $100 jacket through Northern Foxes FB site. First it got “lost” and then then they had to send me another jacket - it took about a month before I received it. When I finally got it, the shoulders where huge and it did not fit properly. I emailed them again telling them that I was not happy with the fit and would like to return the item. They told me that I would have to pay for shipping...which I did. They confirmed that they received the item back but never issued the refund. I had to call my bank to get this resolved. Do not trust this company - I never leave negative reviews but considering I ordered this jacket on Feb 22nd and still haven’t been able to get a refund even after doing everything they asked, I am left with no choice but to warn future consumers.

Thieves. I paid for $55.00 for a childs parka which I haven't received and today notice another 80.00 taken from my account again. I still haven't received the child's Parka. Furious to say the least. Reporting.

Please don’t be fooled by these company selling outerwear. They are totally scammer, I purchased a jacket, lead me to believe that it’s a Canada goose. I showed it to my kids and my kids liked it, I purchased the jackets 2 of them. Jackets received after 1 month. The name Canada goose, was love faith and hope, the logo was wrapped on a plastic. It’s so distasteful. My kids was disappointed. I returned the jackets, it was received and till now they have not refund my money. I paid $70. For the items to be shipped back to China. It does not take that long to process refund. I will never purchase anything from them anymore!!! Bad experience.

I haven't bought from them fortunately, but clearly a scam set-up. I've reported them to Facebook on the grounds that they have put ads in my newsfeed every day for over 2 weeks claiming 'Store closing-Last 24 hours of sale', over-inflated the 'regular price' of their jackets by up to 300% to make the savings look even bigger and lied about not using duck down. (They claim they don't use it in any of their products but you can find the exact same jacket on one version of their web site and on other sites that clearly state the fill is duck down). They also delete/hide every negative comment from their Facebook posts. Come on Facebook, stop allowing this.

I have spend $148.91 on their website by their Facebook Ads on 16th April 2019. One week later, I got their mail notification with FedEx tracking number. THE TRACKING # IS NOT WORKING, and their customer services do not gave me any good explanations. Be very careful about this website, do not buy anything from them!

Ordered two jackets on Feb 27th, did not receive any. Over $300 lost. Thanks FB for allowing such sellers as Northern foxes to trick me into ordering. What a scam.

I wish I didn't even have to give them 1 star. I placed an order on Feb 21st and my card was charged instantly. I have been calling and emailing them for 2 months now. I get general responses and apologies. If my order was still "coming" I would have a shipping confirmation. I haven't got anything. I am disputing the transaction today and filing a claim on them with my bank. DO NOT GO TO THIS WEBSITE OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Simply a terrible company! The parka I ordered was not delivered for at least three months. I was sent the wrong size (3XL) when I ordered an XL. There are no instructions for returns and their customer service has never responded to my repeated emails. Do not be duped into a NorthernFoxes parka. This company has outfoxed me!
