I started my strength training a year…
I started my strength training a year ago, the trainer i use, uses Northern Gym for his gym, so I knew I would be getting quality equipment. I was expecting to pay high, however, the price of equipment is brilliant. I have purchased a bench, several different Kg dumbells, kettlebells and resistance bands. My home gym is going along nicely. When I am not a the gym, I have quality equipment at home. Brilliant fast delivery too. Thanks Tracey

Solid stand
Ordered a stand and 3kg, 6kg and 9kg hex weights, with standard delivery. The stand arrived the following day and the weights a couple of days later. Really happy, the stand is solid and the weights fit perfectly. Quick delivery and quality products.

Great quality equipment
I purchased dumbbells and an exercise mat from Northern Gym Equipment. They are really good quality. A lovely lilac colour too. I love them and thoroughly recommend this company. The equipment was delivered quickly and were well packaged. Great communication too. All round positive experience.

Hex weights - great service

Awful delivery times
One week after placing an order and paying for express delivery I am still missing 30% of my order
Asked for express delivery refund and was ignored.
Still waiting for tracking information for my remaining items
Everything comes from different couriers at different times of different days so you need to be home pretty much 24/7 for 2 weeks if you place an order
Yet to use the products so no idea if they are any good

Ordered two kettle bells, but I'd gone to big to soon. the return process was simple and excellently explained by John, who organised my refund after I'd returned the items. John kepte outdated and I'm ordering with Northern again, but just sensible. Thank you John 👍🏻

Great company if you run into issues with anything
Great company if you have any issues, there was a huge mix-up with the courier who didn't include the address and they managed to contact them and sort everything out. I spoke to John, one of the founders, and they managed to fully rectify the situation. The gym flooring I received was decent quality too and way better priced than its competitors. Impressed with how they handled everything.

Received some excellent advice when choosing kettlebells as wasn't sure on weight to go for. Minor issue with product, but customer service was superb and it was all resolved quickly.

A solid good quality kettlebell but …
A solid good quality kettlebell . Good size and well balanced. Only small gripe I would say is the handle / grip is not perfectly smooth and can be uncomfortable on the hands when using for a session / workout. Grip could be better. I would still purchase other sizes .

Customer service
I ordered 4 kettlebells 2no. 18kg 2no. 16KG, when delivered one of the 16KG was damaged but I didn’t open the package for over a month once delivered due to being busy, however I emailed expecting it to be too late and the prompt help I received was outstanding. There was no issue with the time and they are issuing a replacement straight away, I couldn’t recommend any more.
