Bought a pack of Heathen's Club pale ale
Bought a pack of Heathen's Club pale ale beers in Asda which turned out to be a faulty batch as the cans exploded after opening. I contacted Northern Monk about this issue via email, I received a quick response from their customer service and they were very apologetic offering a £10 discount to use on their website. I do really love Northern Monk's beers so I thought this was excellent and swiftly placed an order on their website. I was fortunate enough to try their limited edition Bertha Chocolate Cake stout which was delicious that I decided to purchase in my order. I have enjoyed many beers from Northern Monk and I highly rate them as a brewery, easily one of the UK's top breweries. I would love to visit their brewery/taproom one day!

Great product and service
Quick delivery, with no extra charge to the island which is always nice. The cans were well packaged, dispatched promptly and delivered quickly. A despatch email was sent out with a tracking number. I really couldn't ask for more; 5 star service
