Ordered 31st of August. Emailed on the 15th sep asking for a refund. They emailed back saying no because they are still in their time frame. There timeframe is 10 working days and this email was 2 days after their timeframe. Iv still not recieved anything.

Horrendous

Horrendous! I ordered a coat for my daughter. It took nearly a month to arrive and when it did it was scrunched up in the packaging. The material was cheap, it had non of the Zara labels which are advertised on their page. The RECCO sign on the right arm was clearly a fake cheaply made badge which was spelt wrongly. Luckily I used my Monzo card to pay for it and I reported it to my bank as counterfeit fake product! I also now have to look for a new coat for my daughter for school ! Avoid using this company!!!!!!

I ordered a coat for my daughter on…

I ordered a coat for my daughter on 21st September, confirmation of order confirmed but no delivery date or no tracking details etc. After reading these reviews I have asked to cancel on 23rd and they told me you can only cancel 24 hours after purchase. This is ridiculous as there isn't even tracking to say it has been dispatched. They do not have a cancellation link, the only way to cancel is through email. I have paid through Zilch, I am going to dispute through them because I do not know why I cannot cancel if I haven't even recieved tracking details and delivery date. This company needs reporting to trading standards. So I have just recieved another email now stating my order is yet to be processed. If this is the case then why can I not cancel ?

Avoid this Company. Scammers!!

Ordered a jacket 010925. By 060925 it had not been dispatched, so I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. By 100925, I had no refund so I opened a dispute in PayPal and got an instant refund. This company are a scam and should be avoided.

I ordered a half-shoe from this company and I had waited over a month but it hadn’t even shipped yet. It wasn’t until my email that the dispatch status changed to shipped. I keep getting replies from robots and their number can’t be reached as the company is based in Finland. This is ironic as the product is being shipped from China. This company has scam written all over it and I’m annoyed with myself for not researching and reading reviews before ordering. Utterly horrendous!.
Purchased some shorts my Son desperately wanted for our holiday,
Delivery time stated they would be with us in time, price was a bit extreme however I purchased them as he really wanted them.
Delivery Didn't come in time, and when we returned home to them they were absolutely awful!!
I paid a lot of money for shorts that were paper see through thin!, they were absolutely disgusting.
Probably the cheapest material I've ever seen!.
I've had to email numerous times with regards to getting a refund, every response was "please let us know what you'd like to do" I repeatedly asked for return details so I could receive a full refund.
I purchesd these horrendous shorts end of July, I'm Still stuck with them and getting nowhere!.
If you don't mind a gamble on quality and whether or not you'll receive your purchase in time this site is for you..
However, if you expect good quality for high prices and expect to have any purchase delivered when stated Avoid like the plague!.
Utterly rubbish quality and terrible customer service.
My bad for not reading all the terrible reviews and taking a leap of faith.
