We had a several windows fitted through NTW whilst doing our refurb. We went through Elliot, who was fantastic from start to finish. He was extremely professional and gave us a great price. Matt came a fit the windows. He was polite and speedy with his work. The windows look great and will definitely be finishing the rest of our windows through NTW. Again, thank you to Elliot and Matt. Strongly recommended if you're looking for a great price and glass!

One of their van drivers hurled some abuse at me whilst parking. Indicating to pull in the van driver decided to push forward and force me out of the way, as he passed added some verbal abuse too.

Very happy with the whole Northern Trade Windows experience.
Sales visit was punctual and helpful, surveyor visit the same.
The installation process all went smoothly with no mess and am really happy with my new door. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

After speaking with 4 other local window replacement companies we decided that Northern Trade was the company. They where extremely knowledgeable and professional from the initial site visit to the installation. Having experienced horrendous sales tricks and extreme pressure selling from the other, so called ‘local family businesses’ with phone call after phone call trying to get our relatively small order, we followed our gut feeling and opted for Northern Trade Windows. We’re very glad we did. Thank you to everyone involved.

Highly recommend
NTW just renewed the windows in my entire bungalow, all windows, double patio doors and front door. They were quick to come round and provide a quote, fitted us in within a few weeks too. Price was reasonable and all work carried out as agreed plus a couple of extra bits like a spare door handle for my conservatory to match the new front door. The workmanship was fantastic and the fitters were extremely polite and courteous. The biggest sock for me was when they left you couldn’t even tell they had even been, everything was covered and not a bit of mess in sight. Attention to detail and respect for my home was fantastic, thank you

Just had bay windows, 2 bedroom windows,all kitchen windows & French doors fitted by NTW. Price was reasonable and all work carried out as agreed. The stand out impression was the fitting team John & Mathew,polite courteous & exceptional tradesmen..When they left our property no sign they had even been here.If you can get these fitters you would be very impressed.

DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THIS COMPANY. Agreed final price on day of survey with the additional costs and also received a phone call to pay remainder of deposit later in the day. I then received a phone call the next day expecting a booking date however they were asking for a further £3k because they quoted wrong even after the surveyor checked with the sales team before I signed. Absolutely appalling business and disgusting service.

just had my windows fitted and was very pleased the fitters kyle and Andrew from Bradford were top notch fitters could not have asked for any better very polite made sure you were at ease in what they doing when asking questions obviously you want it right they kept everything clean and tidy done in less then a day impossible to find any fault would definitely do business with you again providing you send the same fitters

I have been using NTW since 2018. Im a property trader and they have just finished my third site. Great products coupled with a good service.

I have just spent over £8,000 with ntw. I got 3 quotes and ended up going with them although they were the most expensive. Mathew the sales rep was excellent but unfortunately the service once the order was placed was very poor. Installation dates were changed several times, there was miscommunication around the surveyor's visit which was scheduled for an hour but ended up taking three and a half hours. The office staff were rude, abrupt and aggressive in requesting payment. The fitters who fitted the windows were disrespectful as the property was empty. No sheets were put down on the wooden floors and plaster was left all over as well as in the porch outside. Instructions were given to the surveyor but this didn't get written on the paperwork so I was accused of making it up by the office staff that strips would be put around the windows. I expressed dissatisfaction today and said that I would be making a complaint and asked for the owners' email address. I was informed that they were not at liberty to give out surnames although I could easily find this on Companies House. The office staff were not interested that I was unhappy, did not go through how I could complain or offer me their complaint's procedure. Instead they have hounded me all day at work for the final payment.

Northern Trade Windows friendly staff measured my doorway, professionally fitted my new front door, answered any questions I had and cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased with the results.
