After receiving a proposal from a council buying group, we were approached by Northern Utility Solutions whom I gave a chance to see what they could do. I must say the whole process was swift, hassle free and ultimately much more beneficial than other tendering processes we had been through. Troy was able to not only present a saving against our current contract but also managed to secure us a significant rebate on our VAT and CCL, which goes along way in current times for a charity. Dealt with Matt and couldn't be happier with the service, he was honest and wasn't pushy. Due to current market conditions he actually advised us to wait things out, despite other brokers pushing us to do long term contracts on crazy rates! He also looked at our water supply and saved us a good chunk of money which we didn't even know was possible with water.
