This is the first time I have ordered from North Fashion. I have yet to receive my order but nonetheless this experience has been amazing. I am anxiously awaiting my order. After I submitted the order, I realized I wanted to change the color. I emailed and immediately received a response indicating they would do their best to make the change. Next day the change was confirmed. Excellent Customer Service. I am sure my order will also measure up to the customer service I received.

I am in Northern California. Order came from a Southern California address, and came quickly. Unfortunately upon trying on the two pieces, it ran very large, so I needed to return it.
I followed the instructions online for the return, but since there was no invoice with the order, the order # on the shipping label was not accepted by the site. I emailed immediately ( within 12 hours of receiving the order), but since it seems the main office is in the UK, I did not hear back for a while. ( check the listed phone #).
When I did get instructions how to send it back I was given an incomplete address out of the US, ( no country indicated) and the USPS would not take it. They also told me, if I were to send it back it would cost me ~$40.00, with insurance, and they could not guarantee that the package would arrive within the 14 Day “no risk “ timeframe the website offers.
I finally got a full address today, but it is in Italy.
I really looked at the inside of the pieces, and they are not well made!
I will definitely not be ordering anything from this company again.

I ordered 2 items both $53 . each..One item was completely not what I ordered. They want me to pay for the return shipping for an item I did not order. Doing that would cost me double the price of the item..Canadians stay away from this store, it is not even a store..and they do not care about it's reputation. They are fraudulent as well . As nowhere did they make you aware that we were to pay in US funds , until they sent you the invoice in US funds. STAY AWAY

THIS IS THE WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. CLOTHES ARRIVED LATE. WERE NOT WELL MADE. THE RETURN PROCESS IS COMPLICATED AND INVOLVES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING WHICH IS MORE THAN THE CLOTHES ARE WORTH. YHEN THEY CLAIM THEY NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEMS. SCAM COMPANY. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

The ordering process was good. I have to wait for the products to ship and look at them. The pictures show a good product but I have yet to see them.

Reasonably easy process. I’ll know more when the item eventually arrives.

Had a small issue with delivery but was acted on and resolved immediately. Great friendly customer service.

So far I have ordered a number of items. If they arrive, fit and are of the fabric described, I will be satisfied. We will wait and see. The ordering process was smooth.

It is easy to place an order. I like the prices they’re reasonable that’s why I keep coming back. The materials are great & they’re true to size.

Shopping on the site was very easy and the prices was great. I am waiting for my order.

The items are of super low quality. If you want to return them, you should post the items to Italy which costs you hundreds of dollars.

There's no proper returns system. I ordered a trouser suit which didn't fit. There was no invoice in the parcel so I emailed them for returns information. They eventually sent me an address in ITALY & I had to pay postage £14.45! on 1st June. Today the parcel.was returned to me with the address scribbled on & lots of customs stamps. I think they're an American company & seem to be totally unaware of correct procedure for returns. .I'm ok with postage costs within Uk but surely it's unacceptable to ask customers to send the item abroad at an exorbitant cost & then give them the wrong address to write by hand on the parcel. What am I to do now? I feel I have to warn other potential customers!
They ve now sent me an offer for another purchase but that doesn't solve the basic problem- unreliable returns!!
I have only received half of what I should get & the exorbitant postage cost is ignored.

I should have read reviews before ordering. The size fits OK, but this is beachwear not fashion wear. It is thinly woven and practically see through. I don't feel it would be appropriate to wear touring museums, cathedrals or cultural sights. Useful for poolside and beachcombing with something underneath you wouldn't mind others seeing.

My experience in trying to return an unsuitable and ill- fitting item and obtain a refund has been horrendous. I have spent hours and a lot of money in trying to get a refund . The returns procedure is a nightmare. A customer care person from North replies to my emails saying that they will refund the money as soon as they receive the item which I sent back with tracker postage several weeks ago but claims it hasn't arrived .
Avoid this company at all costs .. and I mean costs

Good choice of practical but beautiful clothing. Looking for ward to receiving my first order...

So far re ordering and use of website. Very good and simple to use. Now let’s see how order arrives. 😂

Stumble upon your site by accident. However, I had been searching for anything--clothing that is--to wear to a brunch with my practice colleagues. Image my surprise when I came across your no wrinkle two piece outfit! The style and the price was spot on!
