I would give 0 stars if possible. I have been waiting for over a month for my delivery. This company would seem to think that the problem is mine not theirs. They say I have to sort the issue out not them. What sort of customer service is that? Also it says it is American company but the goods are being shipped from China!!!! They have over £100 of my money and are not helping me with sorting out the issue. They say I must contact the shipping company myself a there is no contact dtail on the shipping company website. I just want my money back.

The site was clearly understood until they chose to add 2 items at the end. That is easy to miss! Sad for buyer, good for retailer!

Ordering online is challenging. I needed to change sizing. Olivia assisted me in every way in a professional & friendly way. Her service was excellent & is a credit to your company. The shirt is of good quality and design.

I bought a sweatsuit to travel in-bottoms fit good, but the top fits like it is a full size smaller. This is disappointing for the cost of the outfit. I am hesitant to purchase again due to this issue. I kept it only because of the hassle and cost it would be to return it.
Material is comfortable and quality is good.

Lovely casual clothes to slip into -good colours(especially the white/orange and green flowers I ordered!). Linen will be perfect for life on my houseboat!
Can't wait to receive it for our lovely summer weather! Was easy to order and will keep me updated re delivery date!

Easy and friendly staff. I received a size (My fault) that was too large. While I was disappointed that it could not be exchanged, I appreciated an offer for a 30% discount on next purchase.

Olivia has been excellent as a communicator in sales.

This company is extremely difficult to get the return process going and a refund for “ non linen” apparel as presented in the description. They require you to send it back to Italy and insure the package. That’s more than it cost to buy it in the first place. This is a scam. BEWARE!!

I was very pleased with my two piece trouser suit in beige. The medium size fitted perfectly, I'm a size 12, quality good and it looks great. It's nice and lightweight, ideal for travelling. I have now ordered another set in army green 💚 Both will be worn during my upcoming holiday. Very nice email thanking me for my original order and subsequent one. Didn't have to wait too long either.

I have ordered from North Fashion 3 times now. I absolutely love every piece that I ordered. I don't know where they come from (Country) however it takes about 2-3 weeks to arrive at my home. I really love everything I've ordered so far and the fit is perfect. I get compliments each time I wear a piece I've ordered from North Fashion. I'm a definite return customer.

Their return policy is totally customer unfriendly! I was trying to return a $53.00 purchase and it would have cost me $40.20 to return the item. The return address is Italy. When I complained to customer service (an oxy moron), they offered a 30% gift card. Fool me once, shame on me; fool me twice, shame on you.

Very easy to order and clothes are very nice and true to size.

Having seen the reviews about returning items I am going to cut my losses and send the clothes to a charity shop.

To return an item you have to pay for shipping to Italy and it is the cost of the item itself. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!

Easy to browse the site and find something nice, also easy at the checkout 😁 I wouldn't hesitate to use the company again.

Waiting to find out about delivery and quality of good. Also if free scarf advertised is included.

BE AWARE

I placed an order for 2 two-piece set for my upcoming vacation cruise. 1 was supposed to be a linen two piece set. These sets was so poorly designed and cannot even be worn in the house. These items look nothing like what has been advertised. Ladies beware, I just spent 105 usd on garbage. Don't be deceived by false advertising. If someone had made an honest review I would not have been in this position today. BE AWARE

This company would need to improve their Returns Policy as it flawed.... costs to the customer is very expensive as goods have to be returned to Italy. It cost me €20 to return an outfit. The company takes forever to reimburse the customer. I waited over 7 weeks with lots of reminder emails very disappointing service.

Love these linen shirts so much I have reordered twice now. Great customer service and prompt delivery.
