Immaculately kept premises and beautiful grounds..... I would recommend North Herts memorial crematorium in the future.

Very good location for us & all went very smoothly

Beautiful setting, open countryside, clean and modern interior, disabled friendly, ample parking and lovely gardens. All went very smoothly and well organised.

Couldn't have asked for more.
The staff and premises were lovely and although a very sad occasion, the whole family were very happy with everything.

So thoughtful and considerate at a time of great loss, everything they did was with dignity and total respect for everyone concerned.

North Herts Memorial is a beautiful place to hold a service for a loved one that has passed. It is in a lovely setting and is a very peaceful place to reflect and think about your cherished memories. The building itself is well thought out and so perfect, it’s light and airy, well decorated, has many additional features that can be used as part of your service and access to such a wide range of song choices. The staff are friendly and respectful and I couldn’t think of a more perfect place in all aspects to say goodbye to your loved one.

It’s a lovely place and so well laid out. My mums cremation was held here and it could not have gone better. I would highly recommend this lovely venue

As good an experience as you could hope for under the circumstances. Very good facilities & the grounds will look great in a few years when everything has had time to mature.

Excellent caring service from your staff at your Hitchin branch. Guided us through a very difficult time and now have wonderful memories . My mother’s funeral was just perfect in every way. Thank you so much will recommend you without hesitation .

Very nice but the forms to complete can be daunting especially after you've just sorted all the other arrangements out.

Excellent facilities inside and outside the chapel. We held my wife’s celebration there and the staff were fabulous. Our service was not like any seen there before and the team headed up by Donna Rogers truly made the day special. Donnas team worked exceptionally hard to managed the large congregation of over 220 people safely into and out of the chapel on time. Would highly recommend this high tech modern facility.

The facilities were excellent and accommodated my son to play the guitar.
I would recommend to anyone to who has to arrange a service.
