Not satisfied customer
Not satisfied customer. I order repair kits for speakers but did not receive all parts mentioned in the ad. Secondly putting the rubber foams on a thin piece of cardboard and shipping internationally is a bit bold.
Thirdly, tried to politely ask for the instructions per e-mail but sor some reason my telephonenumber was not good enough for north speakers parts´ contact form. Even more surprisingly it's impossible to contact on the web if you don't have a phone.
Pretty sure that these guys are so thick that they understand to send the instructions, they probably only read five star rated feedback anyway.

Great quality and service
Easy to navigate website to find the parts I needed. Foam kit is very good quality and has everything needed to change speaker foam for a pair of speakers.

Saved my system

Mission 70 rebuild
Bought the kit for a pair of Mission 70 speakers and was delighted with the surrounds and glue. The glue goes off within in an hour so speakers were back up and running within 3 hours. I have rebuilt several speakers in the past and this kit is the best I have used and great value.

Great products, fast despatch, free UK postage
I bought a kit to repair two 8" speakers, where the original foam (surrounding the cones) had disintegrated.
The kit contained everything needed for the repair, with good, clear, instructions, plus online support, at a very reasonable price (including free UK postage).
